Excellent Motel. So clean no perfume smell, no carpeting, lightweight covers. Close to a door to take my dog outside. The ☕️ in the room is even great. Usually stay at La Quinta but they l had no rooms for my little dog and it was twice as much money. Love this place! 😀

We had fabulous service from your front desk employee Trisha. She was gracious, friendly and went well beyond all expectations to make sure we had the best stay ever. I had booked my room online with the wrong date and she was able to correct it while being very helpful and understanding. We had a long trip from Phoenix and our stay at Super 8 was just what we needed to relax and continue our roadtrip to MN. We make the same trip twice a year and this stop in Santa Rosa is the one we choose every time. Looking forward to staying again next October. Thanks to all of the staff for creating a safe welcoming space for all the travelers.

Very clean and quiet for a big hotel. Severe weather in area had it packed with travelers like us and it was still so quiet. Had the best sleep I've had traveling on the road across the country to home in Ohio. Very nice breakfast in the morning as well. Very good job to Staff!

While the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, I have to ding multiple stars because there was no hot water! I checked in at three in the afternoon, started a shower, and the hot water ran out within two minutes. I decided it probably wasn’t a big deal, because they were probably doing all the laundry from the checkouts so I decided to wait until morning. The next morning I had to get on the road very early so I tried to take a shower at 3 AM, figuring there would be lots of hot water. Same thing happened. Within two minutes the hot water ran cold. This is completely unacceptable. It can be a lovely hotel, but if there’s no way to bathe, I won’t stay there again.

I stay at a lot of hotels with my job. This may actually be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at for value. The management/staff could care less about their clients. Instead of fixing an issue with hot water, they simply choose to put a sign on the front counter stating that they are “sorry for the inconvenience, but we don’t have any hot water at this time” or something to that effect. We stayed at the same hotel a year ago, and I believe they had the same sign on the counter. There’s no place to eat around this hotel either. I respectfully do not recommend this hotel.

Great stay for being a Super 8. Tisha or Trisha, at the front desk, was very friendly & kind. Room had a bit of a musty smell & you can hear the road very easily but it's very clean. Also felt safe staying here as a woman traveling alone. This hotel was easily the busiest / most popular among hotels nearby.

The room smelled strongly of cat urine. I had accidentally forgot my expensive, electric toothbrush in our room, called the next day and they said none was found. I know, absolutely, that it was forgotten there. I only had a small carry-on piece of luggage and it has not been located since we had checked out. We will not be returning.
