I have stayed at this hotel several times now and have had a great experience each time. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. The location is conveniently located with easy access to downtown and the freeway. It was nice for me being solo this trip to be able to enjoy a bite to eat or have a drink at the bar and not have to go out. If I did go out, I was always greeted by staff when I came in. I would like to mention that Starla was an absolute angel during my most recent visit which was for a celebration of life for a family member. I inadvertently got booked at a different hotel although I wanted to stay there at the HGI for the reasons mentioned above. She was very accommodating and sensitive to my situation. She assured me she had a room for me and made sure I was in a nice quiet room. Her help eased my stress and made it a lovely stay despite the circumstances of my visit. Thank you, Starla, and the rest of the staff. You do a great job!

Clean and helpful service team. Breakdowns decent but the waitress was amazing. The petit, red hair with glasses waitress was kind and helpful. She’s greeted us before the dine and then told us to have a good day…. NO! YOU have a good day miss. Outstanding!

Easy to get to, no issues checking in and out. Overall quiet our room was by an exit so there was a few people going in and out that was loud. Only complaint was the shampoo was empty. Otherwise clean well managed. Even sat in the lobby a few times which I don’t usually at hotels.

The remodeling including carpeting and tilework looks great. The shower had the most pressure and it could get really hot. The bed, sheets, and pillows all made for a welcome sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A special thanks to breakfast waitress Aleena for being thorough and energetic in explaining all of the options available.

The location is convenient being right off the highway, but it's not much of a Hilton. The breakfast buffet is very basic, what other hotels often offer for free, yet this location charges $16.95 (which I may be misremembering, it may have been $16.99). Furthermore it's situated in a shopping center across from a Home Depot and Applebee's- not exactly the best views. To top it all off, my room didn't have a copy of Be My Guest OR Inspirations of an Innkeeper, not even a Bible. All that being said, the staff is lovely and the rooms are very clean.

My stay here was amazing! I loved everything about this hotel, I checked out about 4 days ago and everything was just as it was in the pictures. The staff were amazing, there was a girl I think by the name Jesse, very sorry if I spelled that wrong, but she was very beautiful and nice. I didn’t have the courage to ask if she wanted to hangout later on that week, so I thought I’d ask here! If she wants to, with her consent, do you think I could maybe get her number and if she wants to hangout sometime. I would love if she’d like to! But yeah, that’s about it, I appreciate all the staff and housekeeping’s work, thank you!

This was an unplanned visit as we landed here after blowing two tires on a pothole on interstate 40. The tow truck driver recommended this place because it was close to the Walmart which had a tire center next-door. The reservation was very last minute (8pm)The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. Restaurant was good. The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. We were treated well!

Excellent service. They make you feel very welcomed there. Having a restaurant/bar on first floor is priceless after being on the road all day and tired of driving. Rooms are always immaculate.
