Found this RV park online after much digging. We were very impressed with the ease of making the reservation, as we didn't have to give 15min of info over the phone. Location was perfect, easy on and off the I25. Gary was there to meet us and show us to our site. Less inexpensive than any other RV parks in the area, including Pueblo and Trinidad. Would definitely stop again and encouraged others to.

Wife and I stayed 4 days end of June 2024. Friendly staff. Easy off and on I-25. Some trees for shade. Great water quality and pressure. Clean restrooms, showers and laundry. Some noise from interstate during day, however seemed less during nighttime. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for providing such a quality facility for RV community.

It's small & a bit tight (we're 44 ft), but nice for a few nights. Price is reasonable & WiFi is rather good.
Gary's a hoot!
It is on a frontage road so there is highway noise, but it didn't bother our sleep.

Convenient to Rt 25, easy access to gas stations. Sites are narrow, but easy to pull through. Restrooms are dated, no toilet paper and trash not emptied. I picked up over 24 cigarette butts on my site.
The perimeter is all full timers. Front row is state workers. There is also a private residence. They do not pick up after their dogs.

We stayed here while dealing with a car repair. The facilities are nice and clean and the location is walking distance into town. Vicki, the park manager, was extremely nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend.

We had a mechanical issue near Raton, NM and needed a park for an undetermined amount of time. When we called Vicky she was very accommodating and checked on us during our stay. Camp Host Gary was also fabulous! Beautiful, clean & friendly park with all the amenities. Highly recommended!!!

Great RV park right off of I25. Very clean park and bathrooms. Full hookups. The host was very helpful and helped us park our rig. This park has amazing internet. We were able to stream on netflix, utube and Utube TV. The park is a safe and quiet oasis. Vicky was very helpful and worked with us on a late checkout due to truck issues. We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed ourselves.
