Amazing little toy store with typical toys in great environment. The best part is a beautiful outdoor play area with climbing area, sandbox, and plenty of space to run around. Great place to bring a coffee and let your child have some fun.

Twirl in Taos Downtown is a 5-star delight! My 4yo loves this toy shop, located in a historic adobe building offers unique, educational toys that spark creativity. The free playground out back is a kid’s dream—tunnels, slides, and whimsical fun! Staff are warm, and the vibe is pure joy. A must-stop for families!

Best toy store in the world Amazing selection of toys for all ages. But the really rad part is that they are a non profit and they have a HUGE free/open to the public so fun playground outside in the courtyard. The kids played for over an hour. Super safe and fun.

This is the perfect place to take your kids for a break while shopping at the plaza. I would say it is ideal for kids 3-10, although my man-child of a husband also had a blast. They have lots of creative, interactive activities that the kids enjoy. There is a play area outside with a cool play gym, slide, and sand box. There is also an indoor room with a magnet board with shapes, peg board, wind tunnel and many other things. It was free for us to play and we donated so kids can continue to enjoy. There is a cool and quirky toy store on the first level. The staff were so nice and friendly. This was a family-favorite!

Toystore is a huge understatement!
yes toys but, classes for families (by donation), Giant beautiful play ground (free), family Science and art events (free), school programs, performing guests (free), indoor play space, wishing pond ....and and and...its a seriously great place.

Aside from the amazing *free* outdoor play space, regularly scheduled in-house activities, Science Saturdays, and their *free* annual events (Aglow & Invent Event), plus programming within the schools and county libraries, it is also the best toy store! The prices ranges for all types of gifts is great (and tax free), from newborns, toddlers, tweens, and even the young at heart adults!!

I never leave reviews, but this place warrants one! So cute, so welcoming, so perfect for my toddler. Perfect for none walkers and runners. Stop here if you can - we were passing through with our 3 year old and this stop was so needed! ♥️♥️♥️ it’s free! They take donations and there is a toy store inside.

We absolutely loved this place. We were visiting from Oklahoma and stopped in.
The toys are so well curated and good quality. They also have a good sized playground for younger kids, perfect for stopping in and getting some energy out. We stopped in a second time before heading home. They are also a nonprofit and offer guided activities. Definitely will be visiting again anytime we are in the area.
