I had an awful experience purchasing a used washer from New 2 U. Initially, they came out and replaced the first washer, which was faulty, but the replacement was just as bad and immediately started giving me a 4E error code. When I contacted them again to fix the issue, they never replied. I ended up having to hire someone else to repair the washer, which ened up not working, becasue the board was bad and between what I paid for the washer and the repair service, I honestly should have just bought new. The washer is useless to me. They sold me junk.

Their communication and customer service are terrible, and I would not recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

As a low income senior, I went to New2U to find a refrigerator that fits my budget. When I got my choice plugged in at home, I learned it wasn't working properly. Mike was very gracious about replacing it. He sent out Daniel with the replacement, who - even at short contact - struck me as a fine young man of good character. I am very pleased with my refrigerator and with the excellent treatment I received from Mike and his staff. I believe that Mike honors the teachings of Jesus by helping people cope with financial challenges and treating customers respectfully. I will not hesitate to recommend this store if anyone needs to know.

Excellent!! I love this place. I bought a washer from here. They brought it out to the house, installed it and hauled away my old one away for me. Prices are affordable, the machine was nice and clean and works really good. Highly recommend. Staff is super nice, the best in Hunstville Ive found honestly. Will continue to purchase from here in the future!

What can I say other than this gentleman knows how to run a business AND treat his customers, workers, guests right. He literally answered my texts at 4:30 am to make sure I knew he was going to take care of the issue and make it right. He did more than that, he talked me through the whole process of getting the new washer prepared and in great working condition. He allowed me to either get it fixed or get a different washer.
This man's the complete professional and has the highest standard of customer care and service. If you're thinking of get a washer/dryer but hesitant of unknown quality. Guarantee, this gentleman will take care of all your issues and worries. BUY FROM HIM. I cannot stress enough how amazing he's been through the process. Thank God for people like him.

Totally recommend this company. Staff informed me that my simple repair could probably be done by myself and even gave me a few pointers(it worked). I've been looking for a used stackable washer and dryer for some time. Mikey had what I needed at a good price. 60 day warranty! Even loaded it up for me since I live quite a distance away from Huntsville. Nice crew. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Good business man! I recently bought a dryer from there and the heating element went out before my warranty was up and the owner sent a tech to look at it wo had a dryer on standby with him just in case. No back and forth. I will definitely go back in the future!
