Me an my son where traveling across the south an just need a room for one night..the lady was polite at the front desk. Understanding of my broken leg an put me in a room close to everything. breakfast was good eggs, sausage,potatoes, ect. I was/am super thankful of there clean friendly involvement for me an my kiddo.

I spent two nights here. I found this hotel clean and reasonably priced. Ghita keeps thing running smoothly. Steve is the jack of all trades. Both were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was good. All in all a great place to stay if you are in Tucumcari. Can't wait to come back.

Walked into the bathroom and the floor was sticky. Obviously hadn't been washed because I took a washcloth to wipe it and the cloth was filthy. Dirt in the corners. Puddled water on sink counter. Carpet was filthy and the room had a very strong smell like they were masking the smell of dirty carpet. No hot water in the morning.

Positive: Bed was comfortable and guy that checked me in was nice. Negative: Bathroom was disgusting, dirty, bad condition, tub had soap scum and clearly dirty and floor was dirty. Wife would not shower in it. A wash cloth was on the floor by the door as we walked in. Breakfast mostly gone by 7:15 only cold potatoes and eggs left.

Clean, good lighting. Sink outside toilet/tub area, which I like. Ok breakfast, but not exceptional. Scrambled eggs were wam, not hot. Rooms were configured around and outside, seasonal swimming pool, which meant you had to go outside in frigid (7º ) January weather to get to breakfast area.

12 hours on the road I came in tired and had a bad knee and hurting. He say we have no downstairs rooms.
I ask him if I could park near my room. He said I was as close as I could get. I had to walk all the way toward the back of hotel. I walk around corner behold a parking area right the stairs case I need to go to room.
What i noticed was there was alot of empty rooms downstairs but he said there were no more. My question is why they do this? The place was at one time a high end hotel. Now it's a little run down.

Room was clean, comfortable and afforable. Free breakfast was good. The desk clerks were very nice and welcoming. I felt very safe here! You get a lot of value for the money. 5/5.

Over a thousand miles and this was the best ever place to stay!!!! The staff wonderful and pleasant, the cleanliness of the rooms and common area, breakfast was good and NO NOISE AT NIGHT!!!! Please stay and enjoy peace for a good night's rest!!!
