Had reservation for a King bed with tub at the "Hampton Inn". When I arrived 3/20 at 7:00 PM, I was put in a 2 queen bed room with shower in the "Home 2 Suites". (they are connected) The front desk never even bothered to let me know they had completely changed my reservation to a room that was unacceptable as I'm disabled and not able to take a shower Because I had already carried my luggage to the room and was told all of the rooms were full, I decided to just stay where I was. I reported the issue to the front desk this morning and was told that the manager would be contacting me.................nothing. (3 weeks later) As a "Diamond" member, I'm incredibly disappointed after all of the money I've spent with Hilton. What's the point of making a reservation with Hilton if they are not going to honor it?

Super friendly staff and amazingly clean! The extended stay suite is very spacious with great amenities. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Will definitely visit the next time I'm in town.

Never in my life have I had such great customer service. I honestly don't even think I can refer to what Janelle B done as customer service because she so went above and beyond. I could literally cry just thinking about how nice she was to me! How much she tried to keep me calm. My brother visited the city and I was unable to reach him after his phone died mid conversation after some time of course I became a nervous wreck. Janelle done every single thing she possibly could to make sure he was safe without compromising his privacy. She is hands down the best employee I have dealt with in my life. No words could describe her empathy and understanding. Thank you all for hiring her.

We booked a room at the last minute, so we were unsure of what to expect. However, upon our arrival, we were quickly satisfied. The parking lot has a ton of space and offers a lot of bright light to park under. The common areas are very clean and the staff members are extremely polite. I was so thankful that they offered rooms for individuals traveling with pets. In the morning, we made our way downstairs for breakfast and were very pleased with everything.

Great stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the updated design and decor, very spacious. We had booked our room last minute using our Hilton app. We booked a double queen room because that was the only option available. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered us a king bed without an additional charge when we requested a 1st floor room to accommodate our Schnauzer and his needed walks. Friendly staff, pet friendly, clean and comfortable rooms, and great breakfast options - what more could you ask for?! 😀

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and kids and we enjoyed it. It’s in a nice location close to stores that you may need. They offer breakfast. The service was great and the employees were always helpful and friendly.

The location is not is a great view to see, but well, the room clean, but the bed is very firm for me so I'm the person who has a sleeping number bed and I always sleep in the number 40 so this bed here at this hotel are rocks for me, also we went to eat breakfast and was flies around flying so I didn't eat at all after I saw that and I decided to grab a cup of coffee and omg bad taste too so idk they need work in this details, and the ones went with me to eat breakfast told me the food is not tasty was dry and saggy. BUT customer service is great!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great! Long enough to do laps and has salt instead of chlorine. The only downside was the *terrible* coffee. Tried three stations and all were lukewarm and tasted old. Also, if you get breakfast late, they don't restock a lot of items, so it's slim pickings by 9 am.
