It’s right off of the freeway. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and water pressure and temperature were great. Check in was easy and the front desk personnel were friendly. We were misinformed about what time the dinning area would close (10pm) and when we tried to order food at 945pm they stated they were already closed. At breakfast we were told to sit and they would come to the table to get your order, that was not correct as well. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here because everything I saw said this was a nice area. Sounds like they were filming the next fast and furious next door all night in Cabela's parking lot. We had the "permanently shut" sliding door open because the heat was on in the room, which made it unbearable(70° outside). Either heard exhaust backfire or gunshots, but I couldn't tell for sure. The "permanently shut" sliding door was latched with a drop bolt, which could be easily opened with a magnet on the other side. The bolt for the main door did not work. There was about a half-inch gap at the bottom of the door, so all the noise in the hallway would echo in the room. The beds were hard as a rock, and the pillows were down, which my wife is allergic to. The shower leaked onto the floor. There was no microwave in the room, only 1 in the entire hotel. The positive things I could say was that the staff was nice, my car did not get broken into, the hotel was clean, and there were outdoor fire pits. I feel like they cut corners in the rooms to make the rest of the hotel look nice. For 160 a night, I would expect nicer rooms.

Rooms appear to have recently undergone renovation but the quality of the work was lacking. Bed was adequate but very firm. Bathroom and shower were sufficient. Food and bar are very expensive so plan accordingly. Avoid rooms are the highway side of the hotel as they are very noisy.

Great stay! We booked a hot air balloon ride in the early morning and wanted something near that. Courtyard was only 15 minutes away with lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is very clean, quiet despite having a large convention going on and the hotel itself is beautiful. |Would definitely stay again!

Pros: The room is clean, the staff is kind, the lobby is a nice touch to have drinks.

Cons:The beds are HARD! The hotel is next to the highway therefore you can hear cars passing loudly. It is LOUD! You can also hear what is going on in hallway, the noise is a lot. I found ants in the room. To my dismay, I saw a spider crawling on the ceiling above the bed, I’m so glad I caught it before it fell on me.

Unfortunately I will not stay here again.

Positive: Reception and warm feels with the courtyard and my wife enjoyed the restaurant bar staff. The buildings and grounds are very New Mexico and put you in that enchantment New Mexico is known for. Negative: No

Stayed here on 18th March 2025. The app is misleading as it shows an offer for free breakfast however at the front desk they tell you that have to pay extra or choose the higher paid room option for breakfast? (Make it make sense please)
Also came to stained sheets in the bed which was frankly disgusting.
