Making the trek from South Texas to Boulder, CO to see my niece and deliver her car to her we had the unfortunate, but GREAT fortune to meet Daniel and his team. The wheel bearing on my nieces SUV started grinding about 10-miles outside of Raton, NM and got drastically worse by the minute. With ~4 mile to Raton we hit the flashers and limped along the shoulder about 5-mph until we reached his shop. We were an unexpected repair to add to his already booked calendar, but he was able to fit me in after verifying the parts store had what was needed. In about an hour he had the car repaired and we were on the road again to make the delivery of her car. He and his team didn't have to take on the extra work, but he knew we were in a bad situation we couldn't control and he was able to fit me in to his schedule. I highly recommend Duncan Automotive for your Auto Service needs if you live in the area!! If you have the misfortune as we did to experience car issues in his area I would highly suggest you give them a call as many others on Google reviews have mentioned. You took an extremely stressful situation and literally made it go away.

I broke down 8 miles east on route 64,got towed back to their shop at around noon, they had me back on the road bye 4:15 that day . Found out what was wrong in matter of minutes and replaced the radiator in a hour and a half,what a blessing to still have folks out there like that,and the price was like I asked a friend to fix it. Very reasonable 👌

I was traveling through the area and I blew the radiator on my truck I was. I managed to find the parts at O’Reilly auto parts right there in Rattin and Duncan automotive had me back up and running in less than an hour and a half. These people are wonderful. They have the best customer service and they took the time to make me feel great about the repair as I had 1175 miles to go, thank you so much automotive

Made the best of a bad situation! Was driving back with my family to CO from TX when my radiator blew! Panicked from the side of the highway, I called a couple of the closest repair shops in Raton to no answer or short non-helpful answers. However, the tide changed from the moment sweet Rosemary of Duncan Automotive answered the call to get the ball rolling! As soon as my car was towed, Daniel and Brian got on it right away to help me get back on the road ASAP! Their prompt action led to ordering parts and getting the car all fixed and on my way in the fastest way possible! Their efficient communication via Rosemary, to speedy and skillful work gave me confidence in driving back home in the days after! The checkout process was seamless and displayed professionalism and class! While I don’t wish the radiator blew, I am glad it did where it did so I could be taken care of and on my way! My daughter got stranded in Raton with a massive oil leak. The staff members at Duncan Automotive were super courteous and efficient, taking care of her problem for a very reasonable price. We drove in from San Antonio, Texas. Less than a couple hours from our destination, our truck starts making a really bad noise. We thought it was a tie rod. Called about four other shops around springer and ranton and Duncan Auto Repair was there for our traveling family. We were in and out. Grateful for the diagnostic test, it turns out it was just a loose lug nut. The Mechanics and Partners were super welcoming and our kiddos were able to stretch their little legs after such a long drive. Y'all are absolutely amazing and our family TRULY appreciates y'all.
