Stopped by to put some gas, was about to walk in the store and the clerk said I couldn’t bring my little dog in. I said he is a service animal and he asked for paperwork as i was getting paperwork ready to show I made a comment he isn’t supposed to ask at tar moment he said “as a matter of fact you can get out.” No wonder place looks like it’s about to shut down, wouldn’t give it another year lol . Plenty of other to go waste my money at 👋🏼 leave your attitude at home next time. 😊

Rude guy at the counter. I just asked where the restroom was and was told “where the restroom sign is”. How difficult is it to just say “down the hall that way”? I see some posts say amazing staff so maybe I just got the short end of the stick.

They had gas for me, what else can I say as I didn't go inside. I did try to use the "upside" application, though, which is hit or miss in small towns. It was far cheaper not to use the app in this situation. It was easy getting to the gas pumps and not crowded at all. The pay at the pump worked as it should, and the pump gave me a receipt! It is amazing how many places make me go inside for a receipt.

I would give 0 stars if possible. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. We had a scary encounter on 7/28/18 at 6pm.
I would NOT recommend this gas station to anyone. As we were traveling through this town, we needed to stop for a restroom break. When we walked in (2 adults and 1 child aged 9), the clerk told us we HAD to purchase something. No big deal, that’s fine. When we said we would go to the car and get some money he screamed “you’re being rude!!!” And proceed to curse at us. This encounter was truly scary, so scary that the child that was with us ran out of the store and back to the car. We immediately called local authorities and reported the situation. We will never return to this gas station and strongly discourage the same for others. Had that individual had a gun in his possession, he probably would have pulled it out on us - he was that angry and hateful. Stay away for your own protection and safety.

If this is the location on the Raton pass, this place was absolutely garbage. The female manager of the store came into the men's restroom, knowing that I was in there. I was in the bathroom stall, she made eye contact with me while I was the toilet and shoved the mop under the stall and mopped my boots. Absolute trash.

Horrible customer service. The cashier couldn't pull himself away from the movie playing loudly on a laptop to make eye contact and help customers. I asked for the restroom and he grunted something. I asked again and got a head guester. I asked, back here where it says keep out? He mumbled something. It was a storeroom wirh no restroom. I finally found it . I wish there was a 0 on this scale. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Young dude working counter was incredibly rude, zero personality and should definitely not be working anywhere around human beings. After being unfriendly and quite frankly, condescending to me, he proceeded to tell a woman that came in that restrooms were out of service. This is their thing according to reviews so don’t even bother stopping here! Hopefully he was just having a bad day but everyone else seems to agree that he’s rude! No wonder there were zero cars there unlike everywhere else around.

I've stopped at this gas station numerous times. This last visit will be my last. It's cold reception and cold service. It looks like it's going out of business. That was what made me stop in the first place. I wanted to try and help a bit. That was several years ago, nothing seems to change. I think they look like they're going out of business because of their attitudes. There are several "family" owned gas station in the area, I'll visit one of those in the future.
