Overall, very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the time they took to answer my questions. However, the rectangular oscillating sprinkler they sell doesn't work and they basically told me if it didn't work don't return it. So my confidence in buying anything else that they sell other than maybe the seeds. I'll have to see if they actually sprout but the staff was nice?

BEWARE:
Roswell Seed Co., Inc. sells insect infested seeds and denies it. Despite providing evidence that their seeds contain insects (likely warehouse beetles), the business denied responsibility and refused to even acknowledge the issue. Do not buy seeds from this incompetent company. They are endangering the public by spreading pests. The entire seed collection for our greenhouse was compromised by Roswell Seed Co.‘s negligence and willful ignorance. This has cost us thousands of dollars in loss of time, labor, and product. Prepare for a lawsuit.

I recently planted a lawn and have had many questions. Every time I go in to Roswell Seed or call them on the phone, they give me their complete attention and are happy to answer all the questions I have, no matter how silly they might be to the experts. They also sell all they product they recommend. I have yet to buy something from them that didn't produce amazing results. Never a wasted trip or dollar when going to Roswell Seed!!!!

I love going here. The store probably hasn't changed one bit in 80 years, and that's why it's so great. Extremely helpful staff will tell you exactly what you need.
