I wish I looked at the reviews after enjoying my day looking at art galleries taking pictures as one does and I assume the owner said “you’re not allowed to take pictures there’s signs everywhere” as they have tiny little signs I’m sorry I wanted to enjoy the western immediately left didn’t snap a picture but tell people coming in to not take pictures sad I was. Posting from out of town too.

I visited your store today and was overwhelmed with all the charm! I’m from Texas so the flag on the front porch and all the western decor and apparel was heaven. Unfortunately I missed the notes stating to not take photos. I snapped a few just to have a memory of my trip in Santa Fe. I was RUDELY yelled at by an employee or maybe he was the manager to stop taking photos. He could have kindly asked me to stop but instead he was extremely rude. Not exactly the “southern way” I’m accustomed to back home in Texas. I’ve been in retail for over 25 years and customer service is everything. Just fyi, I deleted my photos immediately. I left your store feeling disappointed and disrespected. Maybe next time learn a thing or two and be a gentleman.

This store portrays Texas flags and Homegoods... trying to display Texas values. We were cussed at for taking a picture of their Texas wares... you are in New Mexico. If you want to to sell Texas products, display Texas values and don't cuss at your customers... unbelievable!!
Please remove all Texas merchandise from your store as you do not represent our culture with your horrid behavior.

I go to Natalie's for western wear, gifts and small items for my home. My most recent visit to this store I got an autographed book on Southwestern designed crosses as a present for my brother. I got a great Rooper brand ladies "cowgirl" shirt for me. Prices range from affordable to $$$$$. It is worth a trip just to see their silver collection. Take a look at the men's silver belt buckles.....the owner has great stories of his collection appearing in a movie!

Santa Fe with a Parisian twist! Gorgeously merchandised, this shop is filled with room after room of treasures. You can spend hours, but be careful: you'll want everything!
