Luxury products. Luxury customer service. Luxury loyalty rewards. Luxury samples.

This place is an all around luxury shopping experience that I cannot justify shopping anywhere else.

I have been going here since living in NM and I have received customer service from almost everyone that works there. ALWAYS 10/10 EVERY SINGLE TIME. These people are passionate about beauty products and are all so chill. They never push sales.

I was nervous to go here the first time as I was worried they would be very pretentious, but its such a welcoming environment. Its a notable gem in NM.

Used to be a long time customer, but moved away a few years ago. Was back in town to check out the store but all I got were attitudes with fake valley girl accents...in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Could not be bothered to provide adequate customer service.

Just had the best experience with Jenn! I unfortunately had my entire makeup case stolen, and she helped me find all new essentials that I love. Cannot recommend cosbar enough 🙂

I was recently here with my aunt and grandmother, as we are big fans of fine fragrance, and wanted to do a bit of shopping before lunch. The two girls who were working were absolutely unhelpful and actually rude. They seemed to have a problem with us using their testers for the Jo Malone colognes, as at one point, they said “if there’s anything else that you want to try, we can spray it for you.” As if we were somehow disturbing them, when we were there in the middle of the week, with absolutely zero other customers in the store. These ladies didn’t seem very enthusiastic about their jobs or the products they were not attempting to sell, so we will gladly take our business elsewhere, where we are appreciated and valued as clients. I will never shop at Cos Bar Santa Fe again, and I won’t be patronizing their La Jolla location when I return home. Shameful customer service experience.

The lady that checked me out was a super friendly lovely lady which is why I feel bad to leave a bad review but although she was wonderful, I had such a bad experience there! Kate was soo rude!! If I go into a high end make up store I definitely expect good customer service and respect! I only felt I received exceptional service by one member of the cos bar. Being an owner of a restaurant, I know that treating customers with respect and the best customer service possible is definitely a super important thing, in fact one of the most important things! So I hope this changes soon!

Becca was amazing. I went in to revamp my makeup products and routine. She took so much time and she just really cared about what was best for me. She gave me tips and tricks and now my husband says my make up looks better than ever. Wonderful store, staff and I highly recommend.
