They have the reputation and dedication to always give me the best deals and a selection of unique, good-quality items. They have everything from yard items, appliances, small gifts, furniture, antiques, vuntage, etc. I'm their loyal client because I see them as the Macy's of estate sales, but with bargain prices.
Their mindful employees are so service-hearted, too. I attached a photo of a dining set, server, and other items from one of their sales. I'm so happy with my purchase. It was all in pristine condition at exceptional bargain prices.

This is a wonderful and reputable company. Everything we discussed happened. And we were very impressed they left the house empty and clean and even our realtor was very impressed and she was the one who referred us to them. Listen to them and you will be very happy, like for example take a video of your things, and/or make a list for your records. They are very professional, very reachable, and they do what they say. It turned out to be a wonderful experience and our worries melted away. Frank was our contact and what a great guy. This company is a A+++ and I highly highly recommend them.

I love everyone at franks estate sales! I’m always greeted with a smile and I know I’m going to have a good time and be met with kindness regardless of whether I purchase something or not! Although I always end up leaving with something because they always have incredible prices for incredibly high quality items. There is truly something for everyone. Really the only estate sales I patron anymore are franks because they always give a fair price AND a great time.

American Household Estates did an amazing job! My situation was unique and they were the only company willing to help me. My brother passed away and left a house filled with paintings and drawings, which were left in my hands. I wanted to honor my brother's legacy by making the estate sale a benefit as well, in which some of the proceeds would be donated to The Alzheimer's Association and The National Alliance on Mental Illness. Well, Frank, Glen and their incredible team went over and above your typical estate sale. They arranged an art show/benefit to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association. Many people volunteered their time, energy and money to make a dream come true for my family. They then had the estate sale and were able to help lessen my load. I will forever be grateful to them. They are a great company with kind and compassionate people who do their best to meet the client's needs. You can't go wrong with them!

AHES one of the best Estate sale companies in ABQ. Not only are the prices fair and negotiable from day one, they have some of the friendliest and most helpful employees. Never do I have to worry about moving large items or even getting my stuff to the hold table! I highly recommend attending one of their sales if you have not done so already!

So I don’t know a lot about them but what I saw was pretty fair for most estate sales companies. My disappointment is the fact that we are moving and contracted them to do an estate sale at our house (we’re selling everything) and they put us off a week and then waited, two days before to tell us their not doing our sale, their to busy to handle it even though we have a contract in place. I’m guessing they found a better deal So their business side is a disappointment. So I guess what I’m saying is if you do a contract with them, be prepared for them to back out of it at the last minute. Thank goodness for family and friends that are willing to help us move forward with our sale as we are in a tight time table.

What a WONDERFUL Estate Sales company to work with! They are super and offer AWESOME customer service. I think they also offer the most reasonable pricing of any Estate Sales Company in all of Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Give them a try….you'll be very happy that you did!
