I’ve been coming to this store for years now and I just want to say how much this store has improved. It’s so much more organized and the two young ladies that work there are so nice, so determined, and, have really made this place a nice place to be. I enjoy every visit to this location!

Used to be a fun place to go and get great deals and help fund the ranch. Now the staff gossips about prior volunteers in front of customers and lets their dog bark incessantly in the back. Today was my last visit.

I went there today and now there’sa limit on how much dog or cat stuff you can buy and I got a rude attitude from the manager, I’ve never experience any kind of rudeness from this place until now. I thought it was a thrift store where you buy as much as you want. I think it doesn’t matter how you buy cat or dog food your still making money no matter if one person buys it all.
