Have stayed here for the price but since they like to keep people's hard earned money for no reason I'll give an honest review, the woman who works most mornings is very rude she assumes no one speaks Spanish and can call people nasty and call kids who have autism gross which is crazy. She's power tripping which is funny considering she works in hospitality. The roaches are a plenty here and there are only a blanket and sheet given here. The walls are filthy and obviously haven't been cleaned. They deny families rooms with microwave and fridge and say that all the companies have rented them but I have eyes and a brain and know when I'm being lied to. There is always cigarette and other smoke smell from various rooms. The doors all have a 1-2 inch gap on the bottom, the people are always loud and partying so don't count in any rest. It's not safe, the gas station next door is sketchy too always ppl being forced out. Normally I wouldn't have said anything but since my room was clean and not damaged and she still purposely held my deposit I will not be returning. This place needs a visit from codes or health dept and they'll be getting a call as well. Boo!

The ladies at the front desk were very rude would not let me refund i would give 0 stars if i could. the room was horrible the blanket had holes in it there was no coffee maker no microwave no fridge the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked that is a safety hazard the heater didnt work i didnt see any cockroaches but it definitely smelled bad in my room 213 i threw up in the toilet i didnt want to touch the toilet i was there for 1 hour i didnt feel sick at all today and then i got sick in the room. some one definitely smoked in there and there were stains of NSFW stuff i am not going back to any Motel 6 ever again. your better off going to holiday inn they have nice rooms and a very good breakfast

Privacy was exceptional! Hotel workers were very helpful when needed and didn't bother at all when you didn't want to be bothered. Super easy and smooth check in and check out.

Management is the worst I've ever dealt with. Rooms smelled like pee and weren't very clean. Was standing in the parking lot and she young lady walked up to me and my wife and asked us if we had any drugs. Then my wife woke me at 2am and said that the young lady was sleeping outside our door in the hallway, unbelievable! Even the coffee tasted like cŕap in the morning. Don't recommend staying at this motel at all. Manager smelled like heavy alcohol most of the time and always looking for a confrontation.

Stayed here two years ago. This place is wirst than last time we stayed here. We came in on January 27th, 2025 around 11:30pm. The room we got was 105 heater did not work, front desk came to check heater he couldn't get it to work, he did offer a different room but it was late and we just settled for two blankets for each bed. In the morning I went to ask if we could get a discount due to the Inconvenience of heater? I needed to rent a room for 2 more night's for my friend, because I was having surgery and the area is easy convenient place. Hispanic rude woman and bald headed man both rude said no if you don't like it go elsewhere. Wow great customer service. Don't stay here as I was serving myself a cup of coffee roaches around coffee area... nasty place

You really can't beat the price of this place, but it is very spartan. The large lobby was completely devoid of furnishings, nothing, but the dining alcove had a single two top table and two chairs, plus microwave. Several vending machines for snacks and beverages, but not all working. Nobody was at the desk for night check-in, and light was off, so with no furniture, felt deserted. Small sign said Be right back in 10 minutes. For emergencies call xxxxxx. Apparently, this sign is out often, and checking in qualifies as an emergency. Couple before me waiting, eventually called the number, and a disinterested person ambled out of the elevator several minutes later for a no frills check-in, then promptly disappeared again. Entries not secure. Several rooms noisy through the night, even though it was Monday. East side backs to interstate, so try not to get that side as traffic picks up in morning. Rooms and building were clean enough. Double room had two full sized towels and two hand towels. Shower was somewhat anemic but not bad. Security lock inside door, but no do kot disturb door hangers. Very few plugs and opposite bed and nightstand. Large wardrobe served as closet, surprisingly nice hangers and rod. Several drawers. Fridge in odd spot and was noisy, had to unplug. Small TV not app enabled. Nice beds, pillows and decent clean sheets, but comforter was basically a colored sheet. Luckily, I packed a blanket because at home I never sleep with just a sheet by choice, and if you don't have your own blanket, skimpy sheets are all you have. People next to me checked out early and maids came to clean. During cleaning, they chattered so loud it woke me up. One of them later knocked on my door, no do not disturb sign available, and said you need to check out, but check out wasn't for almost an hour. I told them that, and they said said, "Okay, but no late check-out!" I replied great thanks, but didn't think that was necessary, and I can't recall that ever happening elsewhere. Decent parking lot, but next to shuttered gas station. Not good area for walking in my opinion, but close to interstate and restaurants. Close to nearby Placitas trail system and short hop to Albuquerque airport. For the money, and if you bravely book this type of motel, it was worth it, but I recommend bringing a comforter, do not disturb sign, plus staying on side opposite interstate. Better than you might expect for cheapest place in town.

The room was filthy and the bedding was full of holes. Tried to get my money back but even though the front desk said you have 1 hour, they changed their story when I went back to get a refund and said it was only 20 minutes to change your mind. If I could give NO stars, I would have! This place should be reported to the BBB. HORRIBLE.

Positive: this stay was a bust Negative: changed the reservation without telling me until i gave them a credit card then O by the way . shouid have walked away super 8 is across the street
