Just leaving a review to counteract the swindler on here who claims his mom got rotten mutton.

Dear DoofMane - we can all tell you mixed up some cream gravy and drizzled on that fresh meat to make it look infected. Lowlife foolishness thinking you’re gonna leave a bad review because someone at the store (rightfully) told your trifling self to get to steppin’ out the door. 🤡

ICE CONTAMINATED WITH RAW MEAT

Today I went in to T and R to buy shaved ice. It was around 7 am when I arrived and I proceeded to purchase shaved ice. As I was waiting for an attendant to shave my ice I notice a package of RAW meat package inside the Ice Box where they store all the ice for public sale even for shaved ice which I use for snow cones. Now I notified the front counter worker that there was contamination in there product and I was told it’s not that persons problem so I then waited to speak with a manager when another worker was about to start shaving ice when I told him the ice was contaminated. I was then told to contact the manager which I then knocked on there manager door in which an individual walked out asking if he could help me. I then told him the events leading up to me talking to him. We walked over to the box and I was told if I want my refund. I explained to him about the caution of RAW meat stored in ice box’s which in turn would be consumed by my customers. Our conversation was turned in to a dramatic conversation were I was told either to except the ice or get a refund. Then I was told the police were going to be called if I don’t leave. I left with a refund along with my astonishment that I only brought to there attention about a food contamination and I was meet with threats of police action and I was told never to return. To buy my ice else were and that basically there was no contamination because the meat was FROZEN. Ppl I am never shopping here not because of the ice contamination but that the first person I informed of this contamination. I was told it was not her problem. I was then told to talk to the manager which I did and was meet with hostility and threats of police action. I was then refused service and told not to buy ice there. I left with a refund but I left with my dignity and respect of my self for refusing to except retaliation and threats from a manger and store employees. To care about food borne illness and the impact on the general public. Pls ppl take caution and don’t buy shaved ice here. There is no accountability and definitive action taken while I was there. Only lack of decency.

I love this store especially their cakes. It's great to know that they customized cakes based on your desire. I've been ordering cakes every time here since one of our friend recommended it. Just today, I'm not that satisfied with the writing on the cake that I've order so that's why it's only 4 stars T&R. But overall, you're all doin good! Staffs and store. Good job!

Awesome place for non food items such as native pillows, blankets, seat covers, etc.
As always, mutton is good for us rez dogs 😋🤙

Great website .. very misleading. States it has a butcher shop with quality meats does not !!!

Brought my family here from Phoenix Az on my little vacay. We had a wonderful experience.. everything was fully stocked, we seen friendly faces and everyone made our shopping experience fun and well worth it. Thank you!

I always come here for the lamb ribs. Mmmmmm, make your own tortillas at home, bring the salt shaker and go inside and buy a rack of cooked mutton ribs. And get a six pack of Shasta cola.. you'll be in heaven. Mmmmmmm

We bought fully cooked ribs from T&R. It looked & smelled delicious. Lady behind meat counter said enjoy. We were cutting it up and lo n behold raw center still bleeding. Picture is worth a thousand words. Who also had this happen to you?
