We scheduled an evening appointment with the manager to plan & purchase 2 Quinceanera dresses for my granddaughter & purchase dresses for the girls & formal attire for the boys. This was discussed when the appointment was made. Sadly, this manager had no interest in letting my granddaughter experience trying on any dresses much less selling anything to us. But, what was the worst is to treat prospective customers as if we had no money or that we could not afford anything from this store. This business we’ll never earn my business. Huge shout out to Maria Alvarado from Princess Boutique. She provided the perfect experience for my granddaughter and we purchased two dresses for her special day, purchased all the attire for her court as well as we booked Princess Boutique to do all the decor for the event.

I had called to inquire about measurements, and was told they did. I was not informed that they charged $25 for "special" measurements until I got to the establishment. I took my business elsewhere, as they shouldn't be charging for measurements, let alone $25

This shop is absolutely amazing! They not only have gowns and decor for weddings but other formal events and casual wear too. The owners are incredibly friendly and will accommodate you in every way. They also provide excellent alternations right in the store. I will definitely be back!

Both ladies are wonderful, and can explain and offer the best deals. I would definitely go back for any bridal, prom, qyinceanera needs. They also have nice jewelry and great styles of shoes/heels as well.

Went with a friend to do prom dress shopping for her daughter. It was a small boutique with a limited options but they were all beautiful options. They will also do in house tailoring if needed. Also, friendly person who was at the store.

They suck say they’re open till 6 but are never there past 4 you have to call for them to come back . Put deposit down then they say I didn’t so had to pay again . Dresses outrageously expensive don’t ever go there
