The place is very clean and organized.They have security that I love the connects from the gate to the door on your storage.The people are very nice and work in the office, and they're very helpful

I sent a request for a unit online and was contacted by staff to discuss my choice. I was able to schedule a visit the same day. The office staff had the paperwork ready, and the process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The unit and the complex are clean. Security is excellent with coded gates and doors. It is a well maintained facility with excellent staff. I highly recommend it.

We have been with BTK for over 3 years and we have had NO problems. Julia had taken such good care of us. One time the door to our unit was open and they called right away. The security system is impeccable!!!

Ms. Veronica was very helpful and the price was more than reasonable. Great location and even offered bottle water. I've never received this quality of customer service anywhere else before. Ms. Veronica exceeded my expectations and if I ever need storage again in Roswell New Mexico, Billy the Kid Storage will be the ONLY PLACE I DO BUSINESS WITH!! I was and still am really impressed! This is the only legit storage place in Roswell! Have a piece of mind at a reasonable price!! Thank you again Young lady! You're the best!!!!!

Its by far the best storage place I have ever used. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Its a very big and clean storage business. No matter when you go it is clean. The units are great I have the climate controlled and its great. Management and employees should be proud of doing a excellent job at a great business. And I used to run storage facilities and by far this is the best ever. Julia is very professional, courteous friendly.

Clean, safe and friendly customer service. Veronica was a great help and is an amazing worker. She is super helpful and even gave us a military discount. She offered us and the moving company bottled water and checked up on us throughout our whole move into the storage unit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage units.

Veronica is very helpful and professional; handles question/s, concern/s well. Dan is very helpful too! was moving out and had issue with my lock and was on-site 5minutes after I called them on a Sunday. GREAT customer service over-all. I highly recommend them!

The only reason I gave 1 star, was because I couldn't give zero! I have been renting a unit for over 2 years here and a couple month back things started changing for the worst. It seems like they have become so money hungry, they can't get enough with these increasing fees, fees that were never charged before, fees for the most simple tasks like $15 for sending a letter, $50 fee for cutting MY lock off because I was late paying but also a late fee, ridiculous late fees, $120, yes that's right, $120 fee for some ad they ran! It has gotten absolutely ridiculous!! GREEDY is the only way to explain what's going on and I'll be surprised if this business stays in business too much longer!! No one wants to use a business run by people who are so money hungry and GREEDY. Sad to see because they use to be good.
