I really can't express how great the customer service and job they did for me as a customer. I use CRM for lots of business projects. But the best project was one I got for my husband for our anniversary. I had a set of these glasses done for him. They turned out great. Robert is always very helpful and even suggests options for projects I'm working on. He spends time answering my questions and is very knowledgable about his craft.

FUTURE GRADUATES BEWARE!!! Do not, under any circumstances get embroidery done here!
I just got my stole for graduation and it is not up to professional standards by a long shot. In reality, it is ruined. The puckering of the fabric is significant, the embroidery is not properly aligned and goes off the edges on to the outer border, the seam on the neck is ripped open, and my name is spelled incorrectly. I’m out almost $60 and I no longer have a stole for my graduation ceremony. It is seriously embarrassing and extremely unprofessional to deliver a product with such poor quality without even the slightest hesitation or remorse.
