I have been going to Brewers in Roswell for over 8 years and I have always have been greeted with smiles and greetings. Until today. I purchased 2 large bottles of sodas and asked for double bag because I was on foot. The clerk placed one bag and I asked for another..."Like I said, I need it double bagged" She immediately started arguing with me. "I know what you said, A bag." Instead of apologizing with I'm sorry I didn't here you correctly... she began to be rude. I told her she was and the clerk working with her of course took her side with some unclear mumbling. To be expected. They need to ask themselves. In 8+ years I have never had a problem until now. She needs to apologize to a regular customer...... myself next time she sees me.

I will never go in any of Brewers stores again I was trying to purchase something and I had a coupon I thought Brewer might take it but they did not. Two days later I come in just getting coffee not even wanting what I came in for before smokes. This lady Sandy or Chris she has grey white hair has the nerve to confront me ask me very rudely why I tried to use a coupon when most stores do take coupons.i told her she was not there. That I used it someware else. This experience will have me tell my friends family co-workers not to come to this gas station and let my cousin at the better business bureau know how rude and mean Brewers employees are I will never step foot in this store again! I will spend my money at stripes and allsups from now on there clerks have always been great friendly to me.
