Karina was so extraordinarily nice and so helpful! She helped us find everything we needed and was patient with us as we signed up for the rewards card! It is truly a nice thing to see in a young person. To be perfectly honest, we need more people like her in our work force!!!

I’ve been shopping here for at least 4 years, Shamrock is definitely one of the top of the line stores but recently what encouraged me to write a review was a staff member I hadn’t seen around, but quickly became my favorite go to staff member! Karina is sweet, kind and patient, and has amazing customer service skills. She knows her store and gladly helps me find any item and goes out of her way to recommend other products for me. She’s made my shopping experience better than ever before, and after shopping there for 4 years she’s definitely the only staff that stands out to me! Go to shamrock not just for the great selection of items but as well as the great selection of staff!

Some of the best customer service I've experienced ever! I shop here all the time & I'm always greeted at the door. Management and staff are always friendly and very willing to help with anything I need. Quality of the food is amazing and they are very consistent, which is what's needed at a store like this. I am always very happy with the service they provide! Shout out to Rafael, Chris, and Kevin for always taking it a step further and really making my experience that much better!
