I live in Central Texas. I had been searching for shirts that support Ruidoso, and the money would go back in the community. I found Michelle’s! I called to place an order. They were out, but called me the minute the new shipment came in. I placed my order, payed for it, and had my shirts in Texas in 4 days! Every lady I spoke to was so nice, I knew they truly cared about taking care of me! After all that village has been through- it has not taken their caring for people away! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The clothes here are so stylish for all ages, and 3 floors for clothes! I even got a $10 mystery bag ($5 bags too) and I got a really cute ring, sunflower earrings and cloth baggies I’m using to organize my purse! I also got a spring romper, something I’ve never seen around and just had to get. The ladies that work there are so sweet!

I was drawn in by the perfect styled outfits at the front of every rack and then one of the employees came over with compliments and a whole overview of the store, which was very sweet and helpful. I picked up some gorgeous jewelry and cute pants for a great price. I will definitely be coming back to check up on them when I move here!

Cute place. Cute clothes. Michelle is an awesome owner and has great hospitality. It was snowing and we couldn't get into our cabin. She let us hang out and made us some tea. Sweetheart!

I have been in this shop a number of times and have made purchases on several visits. However, there is one elder salesperson that is invariably rude to me. I sense racial overtones in her attitude towards me. I am not Hispanic or Caucasian, which is rare in this village. She is irritated by my questions while she is polite to others. It is so obvious. As noted I have made a few purchases despite her attitude, but guess I’m going to take my business elsewhere because the same thing happened yesterday.

Oh my gosh. The cutest clothes ever.
Earrings are darling ..... found some I have bought at Nordstrom only half the price.
Who ever does the buying for her store has a wonderful eye.
She has beautiful clothing at great prices.

Went to try on some boots here and the staff was really rude, to each other as well as to me. I was asking if they had a certain style and the owner felt it was necessary to inform me that they would only order them as long as I understood they were mine (duh!), and that she would have to charge additional. Will not return.

I have been buying clothes online with them for a while now. They have been super friendly and have no problem accepting returns or whatever else it is you need. I love the discounts too. I love this place.
