I just learned that this company forces their employees to pry customers personal information out of them. If a customer does not give a phone number or e-mail, the employee is penalized for it and their ability to work suffers. They have hours taken away from them. What an absolutely disgusting practice this is. What company treats their workers like this!?!? I will never shop here again. I urge others to do the same.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of shoes...most of which were on sale! I was able to get the shoes I wanted AND a really nice pair for my husband, for less than I expected to pay for just mine! It was a great shopping day.

I strolled into the store 30 minutes before closing and expected to get mean stares for arriving at that time. However, they were warm and friendly and greeted me like I was their first customer of the day. I spent some time looking at all the sales - there are a lot of options. I finally chose something off the discount rack at the back and found out there was another discount at the counter.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at 2 pm for pickup. It said it would take at least 4 hours for them to be ready . And they never sent an email or even called!! So now I have to wait til tomorrow

The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I get all my kids shoes there. If they don't have it, they will order it. One employee, I believe his name is Chris, is always there and he remembers us each time we come in. He interacts with the kids and doesn't mind helping at all. I come back because of him.
