I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible staff at Serenity. My journey to sobriety began a year ago when I first walked through their doors. Although I didn't achieve sobriety immediately, the unwavering support and guidance from my case worker, Tirzah, and counselor, Ashley, helped set me on the right path.

My experience at Summit was great. I am so grateful for the staff here. This was the first treatment center I have been to that actually took the time to care for each client. Many people going to treatment for the first time are scared, and everyone here actually took the time to properly walk each and every one through their journey to sobriety. I feel like they gave me the skills and tools needed to become and stay sober. i feel like summit truly took the time and energy to take the fear out of addiction. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who is looking to get and remain sober.

There is so much I could say about this facility and all are great things! I came to serenity for detox in February last year and I'm grateful to say I'm 13 months clean today! This place saved me when I could not save myself. The live and compassion from staff was paramount but tirzah and Regina were outstanding and a big part of my journey there! They truly care and it shoes. I owe them infinite gratitude. I would recommend to anyone seeking help. 5 star review for serenity and especially Regina and Tirzah.

I got out the 23 of February. They changed alot but still need alot more. The only staff who knew how to handle me was Tirzah and Basia. They go above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable. I seen a post that the regional manager is personable, I would one thousand disagree. When I was there October she was my best friend, even with my father. This time around she wouldn't even acknowledge me. Little awkward when it's two clients and I on the elevator and she couldn't look up off her phone and say hi. When I was leaving I was in lobby with bags and residential was coming out for smoke and she seen me and not one word, also my father was outside and nothing as well. I believe she is under qualified and very unprofessional. Maybe she needs to find another line of work. It made me feel very uncomfortable but thanks to tirzah and other employees I stayed and didn't cause any difficulties. I would think she would at least wish me luck. But she's to busy ignoring me. Other wise everything was better then in October and should keep getting better.

Defiantly recommend for detox and residential. The staff makes sure you have what you need and are comfortable. Bella and Basia are the most caring people when it comes to client care and genuinely care about the clients. If you are struggling definitely call serenity at Summit.

i’ve been at this facility multiple times and i really like it here. the staff is good, the director is personable, and it really helped me, not only with my addiction, but also my mental health. if you’re looking for somewhere to get help with an addiction problem, i would highly recommend this facility.
