Size not as advertised! Not Happy!

The "Size Was Not As Advertised"! NOT HAPPY! So now I'm in the Return Process. They have my money, while I'm laboring to repackage and return the product, so now No Product and They Have My Money. I had asked for them NOT to put me in the Return Process and simply discount the purchase which would aid in me quickly having the mis-marked pants of the suit tailored to the advertised size. After 3 days, there was no response or resolution, so I let the public know my experience. They retaliated with a comment that's not becoming of a customer focused organization.

The bad thing is, I communicated with the seller, prior to purchase and shipment, with the hopes of assisting them to get it right the first time. I'm not happy with my purchase or the non-resolution. Not Happy!

I will not and can-not recommend Fashion House Inc. (fashionhouseinc) to any friends or family.

Addendum: You see the seller still don't understand the problem. It's very simple.

Just read your reply. Again, the whole issue is that I bought the waist size 47 as advertised with the 52 L jacket. You sent me a 46 waist with the 52 L jacket. All of this other stuff about whatever you're saying is smoke and mirrors. You can't confuse the people. You sent an item that was advertised wrong.

You advertised waist 47 I bought the waist size 47 but you sent me a 46 waist, THAT'S THE ISSUE.

Nothing else..........Stop trying to make it something else. You are still advertising 52L 47waist. No one will receive that suit, if purchased. You will send a 46 waist in ERROR.

The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to pick out my size by just looking at me. I normally can't find suits in my size in other stores. They are very friendly and helpful. The price is great as well.

Bought three suits online from Fashion House for almost no monies through Amazon. They were inecpinexpe and do I thought that the suits would be as well. Wrong!

Awesome little shop - seems like run by father and his son, so many options to choose from that you will need their input - they are ready to hem on the spot if needed and their prices a ++ - go here you won’t regret it - i am returning for sure - Saving to my favorites.
