Amazing store amazing customer service! I’ve been to 5 other prom dress stores and no one does it like Jacqueline. Charlie was our stylist she was amazing! The stylist pics out dresses that fit your preference and takes you through the whole process of finding the dress for you. There are so many options and they just make you feel amazing in every dress but there is no pressure to like any of the dresses which is so nice. I ended up finding a dress I loved but was still given the option to look through more styles just to be sure which was lovely. 10/10 experience!

First stop for prom dress and it’s our last. As soon as she started trying on dresses by Ellie Wilde, we knew that was the right brand for my daughter. Every dress she tried on was absolutely stunning!! Elisa was our sales associate and she was truly exceptional!!!! Within minutes, we knew she was going to find her dream dress. She picked few items that wasn’t on her list and one of them ended up being THE perfect DRESS. Thank you so much Elisa for all your incredible help. Shopping with you was a remarkably effortless experience. One and done!!! Thank you!!!

Jackie was great. She helped streamline the process. I got my dress and I love it! She knew what would look good on me and picked dresses that looked amazing. The process went smoothly too. She encouraged me to try dress that were a bit different (which is how I found my dress), but she never pushed me to try it on. If I said, “I don’t think I’ll like it” Jackie said “that’s alright!” and that was the end of it. It was super personalized!!! I was deciding between 2 dresses and she held them up to me so I can see which I liked better. Overall great experience and I’d come here again and ask for Jackie!

We recently went to this store and bought a dress for my daughters prom. We were told it was the only one that they had gotten. Everything was great! 3 weeks later, at lunch time at school, girls were being girls exchanging ideas for prom and such when my daughters finds out that she had the same dress as one of her classmates. It seems like they sold the same dress to another girl from the same school on the same day, two hours apart. We visited 2 other locations to look for dresses and these other stores were very adamant that they kept track of the schools they sold these dresses to. Apparently this store does not. It is absolutely unfortunate that we as parents make a sacrifice to pay a pretty hefty price for a dress for this special occasion so they can feel unique and special, to have these things happen. Honestly, If I wanted to run the risk of her having the same dress as a classmate, I would’ve bought it on Amazon and not pay so much money for a dress. All of this because the staff don’t want to put in an extra effort of at least keeping track of the schools that these girls go to and making sure that they don’t sell the same dress. Come on, they sold the same style, same color, on the same day… 2 hours apart! I am writing this review so everyone is aware of this practice at this store. I tried calling them directly to see if they would be willing to help, but the lady at the phone was just plain rude and just gaslighted her way on establishing the point that it was my daughters responsibility to make sure that her friend didn’t buy the same dress as hers. Ridiculous! Never again!

With this being our first time looking for prom dresses for my twin girls, I knew it would be a big challenge finding something that both girls could agree on. Jacqueline’s could not have been anymore accommodating and so helpful in everyway. Having twins daughters and having to buy 2 prom dresses is challenging enough but the sales ladies were so helpful and both girls tried on many dresses but found the perfect dresses for both ! We had such a fun and relaxing experience and wasn’t rushed or pushed in anyway. The staff is wonderful and I will definitely be taking the girls here to choose their dresses for future Proms !

If you’re looking for personalized, thoughtful service, Valerie is the person to go to! To be fully transparent the younger staff that was at the front desk was rude, lack customer service and welcoming skills when I walked in she told me there was no walk-ins and open appointments for the day, I went online and got an appointment booked immediately for that same time. The younger girls then let someone right after me just walk-in without an appointment.

We were visiting the east coast to do college tours with our daughter. My sister recommended this dress shop for prom dresses. Jackie was very experienced and helpful.. We found a dress in less than an hours time. Jackie was able to quickly assess our daughter‘s body type, asked about her style and colors, and we quickly had a large selection of dresses to try on.
