I had never been to a store like this, so I was unsure of what to expect.Joseph provided the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. He was extremely knowledgeable & informative. I left with sneakers, socks, a big satisfied smile & information about running with a group. I’ll definitely go back for my next sneaker purchase!

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, as a non-runner I was at a loss for what was needed, they helped my son get everything he needed for spring track. The sales associate took his time and explained the benefits of each of the different types on sneakers and running spikes. It was a great experience, and I will defiantly be going back.

I’ve joined the running club at Fleet Fleet, and it’s been such a great experience! Everyone is so cool, calm, and welcoming, making it the perfect environment for runners of all levels. Plus, the group includes some seriously dedicated runners, which keeps me motivated to push myself. Highly recommend this store and their running club!

I never write reviews about anywhere I go, positive or negative. But I had such a great experience with Erik that I decided both he and Fleet Fleet deserved the 5 stars. Great service, knowledgeable, personable, everything you'd want in a store like this.

I applaud Fleet Feet for hiring special-needs people. However, they need to be properly trained like any other employee before you allow them on the floor. The person we worked with tried convincing my wife she was a size 10.5 when she's a size 9. Also, he could not properly operate the sizing tablet they make you walk on. The other service people knew what was going on and made no effort to help him or us (the customer). This is a failure of management to ensure the staff is properly trained and have basic customer service skills.

Justin provided excellent service. The measurements, the scanning of the feet and the options of footwear were done in a manner that showed his ability. I highly recommend Fleet Feet in Westfield.

Joseph and the other associates were so kind and helpful to my sister and I. Joseph properly measured our feet and helped create our profile. He was patient and took his time selecting the shoes based on our profile & preferences. We didn’t end up buying the shoes because the selection of colors for my size were limited, but we will definitely be back and recommend our friends & family!

I went to the store because I have a problem with one of my feet and I needed shoes that would be helpful to resolve the issue. Glenn one of the team members met me and explained the process. He went through the assessment, Explain the results to me and chose four different styles and brands for me to pick from. He was helpful every step of the way as was Fleet Feet. I will definitely be going back
