ERIK is who you should see. Knowledgeable/Relaxing sales. Helpful, attitude is great.

Tony is off-site, the owner.
ERIK should be Recognized and Compensated Tony. He sold me (3) quality products and changed my mind from your top competitor, you know who I mean.

Friday 2/14/25 The Following day I went back to this incredible store. Saw Erik again, I talked to Eddie the Manager who helped me again, thanks Eddie. I then met Tony the owner today and was totally impressed again. I wanted to buy something else unfortunately they didn’t have my size in all 3 stores. I will be back next year to get more items.

I stopped in because I was given a gift card to the store. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Able. He was super knowledgeable because I didn’t know what boots I should get. He was super professional and polite and made the whole process enjoyable.

As for the store, everything is extremely organized and has a motif. I love it when stores have a sense of identity of the brand they represent.

Very poor quality customer service. bought a pair of 250$ Heavy duty boots that were never water proof cause of damage. Broke within 3 weeks of light use. Returned to the store with the recipe and boots they did nothing to accommodate for selling me a defective boot!
