This is a woman-owned local business. As it is International Women's Day I am posting this review. I have made several purchases here over a 20 year period, my mother and many female friends have also enjoyed the beautiful items this store offers. My experience, unlike some other reviews has been entirely positive. I have been welcomed in, helped with finding the right garment and everything I have purchased has lasted for over 5+ years in beautiful condition. One of my favorites is my Johnny Was blouse my husband gifted me 5 years ago as a holiday love present.

Gorgeous clothes, but wow, what an aggressively nasty manager. My husband and I walked into the shop to browse. I gathered some dresses to try on and when I asked the manager (not sure if she was the owner) if I could try them on, she said sure but then removed two of my three dresses I had picked out and said, “oh, these won’t fit you, so I’ll take them away.” I was pretty shocked and responded that I’d prefer to try them on myself and be the judge of whether I felt they fit well or not. She refused to allow me to try them on stating that she felt they wouldn’t fit me. I was so disappointed, hurt, and embarrassed (she said this out loud in front of other customers as well). I left, appalled, and said I wouldn’t buy anything from her. How rude and such disgraceful behavior.

I was there during Indian Market (this past weekend.). It was incredibly busy but the staff was friendly, helpful, and very patient. I loved my experience and purchased two exquisite shirts are fantastic sale prices. I wish I lived closer. I certainly plan to ‘stay in touch!’

This is the first time I have ever written a review, but I am motivated by warning others. I bought a garment with a matching belt and the belt was clearly either a completely different size than the item or defective When purchasing something else, I mentioned the problem and that I would be bringing it back because of the problem. The abrasive manager (not owner) was quick to say too bad for me. It had been more than 7 days since purchased and if I didn't notice the problem I was stuck with it. I was told that under no circumstances - including defects - would they take a return after 7 days - despite that they still had a stack of the same item still for sale and could have easily exchanged it and made it right. This was not a situation where I was returning an item because I changed my mind, but the manager said that if I bought it without carefully inspecting it, it was my fault. This "manager" (not owner) was rude and argumentative. She would not give me contact information for the owner - not even an email. When I asked when the owner would be in, I was told that it was hard to say. . She said under no circumstances - including defects - would they take back any items of clothing. She also said I could go to the manufacturer if I had a problem with what I bought - it was my problem, not theirs, despite that I bought it from their store.

I immediately returned the other garments I had just purchased and demanded a refund. They are very helpful when it comes to finding things for you to buy. They are atrocious when it comes to standing behind what they sell.

By the way, since they wouldn't give me the owner's email or phone number or tell me when she would be there, I left my business card and asked them to have her contact me. She never did.

Full Bloom Boutique is the first place I come to shop in Santa Fe. Every time I come I find great gems for my wardrobe that I can’t find anywhere else. And they are about 1/3 the price I would expect to pay for such unique pieces. The staff always helps me. It’s worth flying in just to shop here a couple of times a year.

Seriously the rudest sales people at Meraki. They treat customers in such an incredibly unwelcoming manner. Clearly they do not care about their customer service or making sales in a friendly fashion. They also mark up their clothing more than necessary. I found the same shirt here for $20 more than another store. Take your business elsewhere!

Terrible terrible attitude of people in the store. I bought something and they seemed to care more about their return policy, which is awful, and even telling me not to think about wearing the item with the tag and trying to return it. Seems it's time for them to sell the business and move on as servicing retail doesn't seem to be high on their list. I only wished they had said all they did before I paid for my item as I would have told them to take it and shove it.
