I can't thank Chris at Indochino enough for helping me with my custom European suit—it fit like an absolute glove! I have been shopping at this store since it opened, and I truly enjoy the selection and atmosphere. However, I've noticed that the customer service can be inconsistent. Some days, the employees are very helpful and friendly, while other times, their demeanor seems less welcoming. I believe with some additional training or support, the overall experience could be even better.

Nice staff, all very friendly and helpful. One thing I recommend though is a review of the fitting rooms, they needed a little cleaning like vacuuming and dusting but overall, good experience here. The dresses are beautiful and it's easy to find your size

The store is great now the restaurant upstairs is a complete disaster. Staff never knows what they’re doing. The slowest service ever to exist. Everyone seems to be confused about their own menu. Selections are so minimal.No salt shakers, they give you salt in a cup. Fruit looks expired and food is undercooked. So sad cause this used to be a great place to eat but this new management is absolutely horrific. Would not recommend unfortunately

This was my first time visiting this Nordstrom's in Cherry Hill, and I was very impressed! I usually go to the one at the King of Prussia Mall.

Looking around, I found the layout and displays quite visually appealing. They had a DJ near the escalators playing music, which created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for a Saturday afternoon!

I bought a lovely trapeze dress for a special occasion. Teresa, who rang up my purchase, was very helpful and friendly. She even went out of her way to provide good service! I noticed that those working here were dressed in a way that made you feel that you were in a high-end store. I really like it here and plan to visit again soon!

Love the store, always friendly staff. They have to get seamstresses that stop trying to talk you out of things because they don’t want to do it or don’t know how. Multiple times I’ve been told no and then had it done somewhere else.
