I picked up an order recently, and my experience was outstanding. The service I received was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond by wrapping the gift for me—such a thoughtful touch! This was the best experience I've had with online shopping pickups.

The sales associates are very aggressive and won’t leave you alone. I was just looking in the perfume section and had about 5 ladies coming up to me to ask if I needed help. I picked out one item and this one associate- Hannah? kept following me around saying she’ll take the item up to the register and have it wrapped up. I kept telling her it’s okay because it’s for a gift and I wanted to look around more and might change my mind but she was so persistent that I just gave her the item and she told me to look around more but I decided to just buy the item because it was too uncomfortable and didn’t want to stay any longer. All of the SAs there are hungry for commissions and don’t make the shopping experience comfortable AT ALL.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from the customer service center and the manager at this location.

I recently purchased a pair of boots, which I tried on and walked around in at the store as suggested by the salesperson assisting me. When I got home and had more time to think, I realized the boots were slightly tight. I went back the very next day to return them, only to be rudely dismissed. The staff, including the manager, told me the boots were not in “resellable condition,” despite the fact that I only tried them on as instructed and walked in them briefly at home.

What made this experience even worse was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. There’s always a way to communicate respectfully, but they were unprofessional and downright disrespectful.

On top of the terrible customer service, another major reason why people should avoid this store is the way they treat customers. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve noticed employees and security intensely following people around the store as if they’re thieves. It’s incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I’ve seen this happen to myself and others, and it feels targeted and discriminatory. How can anyone shop comfortably when being constantly watched and treated like a criminal?

I’ve spent a lot of money at Bloomingdale’s and used to recommend it to others, but after this experience, I won’t be returning and will be warning my friends about the appalling customer service. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!!!

This spot is compact verse the original Bloomingdales. It’s cute and this visit gets 4 stars for the fact that (Black)security guards was s trying to be inconspicuous (I know he wasn’t checking me out)and moving throughout the store in unison with me. I sat to get a shoe check and realized he was looking directly in my vicinity. His behaviors as unnecessary for the fact that there were other patrons in the store. The two young black gentlemen customer service people were polite and attentive to me as well as the wonderful young lady who greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in.

If I could leave negative stars, I would too! The merchandise selection is low and of poor quality—worse than an outlet. And some of the staff are horrible. Particulary, the woman who works in the perfume department. I'm pretty sure I had the same rude woman—I won't call her a lady—as the other reviewers. I won't even go into detail about my experience as there are already reviews here mirroring my experience and management obviously doesn't care because there are so many bad reviews! 😆 Anyway, shop here at your own risk and you can't say you weren't warned when you leave this place traumatized.

I was helped wonderfully by Ms Ji Kim again, she got me fully set up for the holidays with fragrence and makeup. I wasn't able to purchase a sweater in store but she ordered it to send to my house. I'm very happy with her as always, and highly recommend going to her because even if it's not in store they can order it for you.

I recently visited bloomie's by bloomingdale's in mosaic and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. I was in the shoe section, browsing with the assistance of an employee named Fatina, who was initially helpful with my selections. Afterward, I wandered over to the perfume section to check out some of the fragrances. While I was there, Fatina recommended a particular perfume to me and added, "Of course you don't have this perfume."
As someone who's been a devoted collector of perfumes for years, I found her comment both presumptive and dismissive. It felt like she was assuming I couldn't possibly have a refined or substantial perfume collection, which didn't sit right with me. Even though I know her specialty is shoes, a little sensitivity and respect for the customer's taste goes a long way. Customer service should be about making shoppers feel valued, not judged. To them, a customer is someone to assist with kindness and respect—not someone to belittle. What customer would want to return to an employee who behaves this way? Just because you sell something valuable doesn’t mean it makes you a valuable person.

I love this curated version of Bloomingdale’s! Such a chic and beautiful space. Staff was so attentive. I also thought the Cuban coffee spot that’s attached was a great addition! Enjoyed shopping with my girls here.
