I like this store. It was convenient when I use to work at the landfill near there. The chicken is good at lunch time and not a bad price. The cashiers are friendly and very nice They work really hard taking care of customers. The gas is inexpensive or at a standard price.

Never any regular milk of any size only muscle milk, no green teas, no dd coffee. Fewer options. Customer service could improve...

Gas is really expensive here now. They use to have competitive prices. No more. They also don't keep receipt paper at the pumps filled. Irritating to have to go inside for a receipt almost every time no matter which pump you go to.

Usually the best prices on 165 in Fort Mitchell area, but it doesn't seem like the cleanest of stores on the inside. Definitely could use a remodel. The staff is usually super friendly and it always seems to be fairly busy.

Excellent location!!! Friendly staff and owner. They have a full mini kitchen in there also, I was surprised when I stopped for gas. The bathrooms were clean as well. There was a lot of traffic through the area which made it worrisome walking from the far pump into the building, which is one reason for only 4 stars. (Traffic was cutting through the parking lot to avoid the traffic lot and speeding past gas pumps. Yes, I know the location has no control over drivers, but still if you are a parent that has children you MUST be EXTRA careful of the IDIOT drivers doing something illegal.) Also the concrete in the parking lot is cracking really badly and there is a big chunk missing as you pull out on to AL-165 highway side. I did not see it and being in a small vehicle, I unfortunately did hit the hole just right as I was pulling out to make room for other traffic pulling in and the bottom of my vehicle met the rest of the parking lot. (Yes, partially my error but had the area been better maintained and kept up, the hole would not have been there.)

Busy service station. Ok prices which are lower than most gas stations. Employees are friendly especially Willie, the cook, who continues to get off early. Keep up the good cooking Willie.

I am writing in hopes that one of your employees will be shown what an asset she is to your company. I live in Phenix City, Alabama. Your store at 3717 HWY 431 S in Phenix City, Al 36869. Employs one Jennifer Worthen. This woman went above and beyond what any employee has ever shown me. I am very crippled when it comes to standing or walking and most times require a cane or walker to get around. Most times I am overlooked or am thought of as a burden to the working public. Last night on October 26,2018, I pulled in to get gas and to go inside to get a drink and pay for my gas. Ms. Worthen was working. She greeting me with a smile and took care of my business. It was the next thing she did that blew my mind away. With a line forming behind me, she then smiled at everyone coming in and said I will be right back. She then took my bag and went with me outside and proceeded to ask me what type of gas I wanted and as I told her she didn't need to do that, her comment was simply the following "Yes I do" This woman brought me to tears. As I sat in my car and cried, she pumped my gas and placed my bag in the car. She then came around to the driver's side and gave me a hug. You have no idea what she did for me and for this I will never forget her. I will continue to shop there but now only when I know she is working. She is a wonderful example of what customer service is "above and beyond". As I stated when I started I am not sure this is where to write, but for once in a very long time I was treated as a human being.

This is where I get my gas most of the time. Historically it has had the lowest prices for gas in Phenix City. Another good thing is the station was two exits with the pumps running parallel to the store front. This helps make it a good choice for longer vehicles such as those pulling a boat or travel trailer. The only bad thing since this station tends to get so much business is more often than not the credit / debit receipts printer in the pump runs out of paper and you will have to go inside the store to get a receipt.
