I went in there with my mother about a month ago and I felt so uncomfortable during the whole experience. Mind you they were closing soon so we wanted to get a quick peak of what was in there. The whole time the older lady kept following me around, hovering over me and staring at my mother and I. It’s reason we should be treated like we are going to steal something. I purposely displayed how uncomfortable I was and she kept doing it. That was the w experience I ever felt being at rainbow.

The staff is unprofessional. They really don’t want to help the customers. One associate stood there looking while I was waiting at register after a few minutes of waiting I asked the associate if she could help. She helped and had an attitude about it. As a customer I come to stores to shop, make a purchase and leave. I don’t come stores for the associates attitudes and drama. This is my second incident with store. Again All I want to do is shop, purchase and leave. Want to add that they are not nice when it comes to store returns. That’s another story.

This was the largest Rainbow I have been to.. went in looking for some shorts and a shirt... But tfe store is so jammed... And then they dont really have anything.. which is odd.. because they have a lot of stuff... If that makes since.... Didnt buy anything... I think because it was so much stuff... So close together... I just didn't feel like looking... It is a nice store... The employees never greeted or acknowledged us at all... Not a friendly or welcoming environment... But I would recommend this spot.... They do have a lot of items.. clothing.. shoes and accessories.. and everything is very reasonable.. can get a whole outfit for under 20$ and they look nice

Every time I come to this location, the staff is very unprofessional and they close 30 minutes early as if the customers do not matter. It's not fair to the customers who work late or need last minute things and know exactly what they want.

I wanted a pair of shoes and I didn't need to look for anything.

If the employees don't want to adhere to store policy, they should change the time on the website or even find another job.

Hell I've even heard the manager speak with the employees negatively about customers. Why work in retail if you don't like working with people and want to go home on time all the time.

Rainbow, please do better.

Firstly the isles are so cluttered not even a super small person can walk around comfortably. It doesn’t look like the employees really work because the clothes are always disorganized and everytime I come in they’re just shouting at each other & laughing behind the counter. Also this store closes about 1 hour earlier than the mall actually closes, they rush you out literally. Clothes aren’t bad however most are poor quality.

I loved what clothes I could see, but most racks wear so close together you had to squeeze through to get to the next rack. The store was too chaotic to truly enjoy the product.
