Nice little coffee place. Nothing particularly special about it, but on an island that doesn't allow national chains, a nice little privately owned business like this is good to see. Do you like the whole small coffee shop vibe? Then you should give How You Brewin' a try.

The pastries here are seriously next level. I never can stop myself from getting a Blondie, and one of their amazing cookies! Not to mention the crazy biscotti that I always have to get for my mother.

The coffee is great & I love The seasonal lattes, the s’mores one is one of my favorites with real marshmallow!

Great coffee spot, some street parking available. There was a large line on a Sunday morning but it moved very fast. Atmosphere is wonderful with plenty of places to sit. There is a lot of to-go coffee beans as well (they even grind it for you if you ask). Menu is expensive with both food and drink, we stuck with the cold brew. Cold brew was flavorful and delicious. Overall great experience will definitely be back

Great contemporary atmosphere at this LBI institution for coffee. HYB knows their style from the decor to their merchandise and the Jersey Shore visitors to LBI love it as can be seen with the long lines on many weekend mornings for a great cup of coffee and a snack.

Nice coffee place that offers both hot and cold coffees. They have plenty of seating outside and inside. They also have a small breakfast menu along with a variety of baked goods. Will definitely come here again.
