I ordered Mediterranean salad, half the salad had inedible lettuce and they forgot my soup. I ordered twice from here and both times they had worst quality of food. Never ordering from this place again.

This is a simple bag shop with the best bagels in the area. They are large and have a good texture and crunch along with the good flavor. And they give 2 extra for each dozen bought. They also serve other breakfast and lunch food items.

Ordered two orders of two eggs scrambled and a gf jelly bagel… 12.98 first off what Second to get watery eggs. Just simply tell people we don’t make sunny side up eggs here because we obviously can’t cook them properly. I’ve ordered three times from here the other two were ok but this batch were watery and under cooked. Had to throw the out everything but the bagel .

Terrible. $3.50 for a poppy bagel with cream cheese!!! Get the bagel, what happened to the poppy seeds?!?! Also the bagel had no taste. Never again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Shame on you…

Bagel Factory Cafe continues to support Matawan Huskies Youth Football and Cheer for the second year in a row. It is a tremendous help to have a local business support us as we bring town level youth sports back to Matawan/Aberdeen. The owner is incredibly generous and donates bagels to our concession stand for every home game. Employees are always inviting and helpful and the food is great.

We ordered a few dozen bagels and muffins for our work meeting and the display was beautiful. Everybody here loved the bagels and the owner was very helpful. Walking everything to the car for me was so kind. The atmosphere was clean and organized too. We will definitely be back.!!

Thought I would give this place a second chance. I ordered a plain bagel with butter and asked if they could add a little bit more butter, as the last time I ordered the bagel it was absolutely dry. Well she did add a bit more butter but hardly enough to call it a bagel with butter. If we are paying for butter at least you can do is give us butter.
