We have used Ideal Tile in Mt Laurel 3 times now. The first time was 4 years ago when we renovated our kitchen. They were referred to us by my brother. After going to Home Depot, Lowes, and Avalon, we walked into Ideal. Absolutely loved their selection of tiles and backsplash, so very unique and upscale. We worked with Michelle and she was helpful and very professional. Recently, in December we decided to renovate our guest bathroom and went back to Ideal Tile for shower wall, shower floor and bathroom floor tile. Fell in love with the tile we selected. The insight and professionalism from Michelle and Yvonne helped make these selection relatively easy. They also help us with the paint color! We were impressed with the quality and variety of the vanities. While priced higher than what we saw at Home Depot or Lowes, we went with the quality of the product. Finally, we just decided to renovate our powder room and went back a third time because we love the personal treatment, service and quality of the products at Ideal! We selected the tile and vanity and couldn’t be more happy with our decisions! I have and will continue to use and refer them for all projects! Their service, experience and professionalism together with the unique products make them a truly special partner!

My husband and I wanted to remodel our kitchen at our OCNJ condo. We originally went with another company but that company was not willing to help us with our hopes of having a large island and counters with no seams. Our condo is on the second floor and it would make it difficult to carry a 600 pound quartz up and the corners were too sharp. We started looking for another place and had seen Ideal Tile and passed them while driving many times and decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. As soon as we walked in and talked to Michelle and Dan about our plans and what we wanted they were so helpful. They reassured us that it was possible and helped with suggesting a Boom Truck to have it lifted to our sliding glass door and enter the condo this way instead of the steps. We picked out our quartz had it ordered and we went on our search for a Boom Truck. We found our Boom Truck after extensive searches. We just had our seamless counters and seamless 100” island installed today. There was one small hiccup that Dan made sure to fix immediately. He was on the phone making sure everything was cleared up and ready to go. The counters all look beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. The service at Ideal Tile made our experience with remodeling our kitchen less stressful. The prices were reasonable and we also bought our backsplash with them also. I would recommend this small business to anyone looking to have a stress free shopping experience and well knowledgeable personnel to help make that experience possible.

We just finished our second home upgrade with Ideal Tile and are thrilled with both our new kitchen and bathroom. I love browsing their store on Rt 73. The selection is amazing and we found lots of inspirational ideas for both projects. Their design consultants are very professional. We worked primarily with Michelle but Yvonne is wonderful too. They know their products! Michelle’s suggestions about design and style were super helpful, but she didn’t try to steer us in any direction. She just helped us figure out what we wanted and was supportive and patient while we made our decisions. What closed the deal was the quality and value of their products. Really great products, from flooring, tile, counter tops, sinks and cabinetry all over the store. I shopped around from the big stores to the smaller specialty stores and found that Ideal had outstanding products at reasonable prices. And finally, whenever we needed some extra effort, or things didn’t go exactly as planned (every big project has things that happen), Michelle and Ideal staff were on top of it and followed up to resolve things immediately. We couldn’t be happier with the results and especially how Ideal helped us make our kitchen and bathroom spectacular!

We recently purchased all new appliances and needed floor tile pieces to match what we purchased over 20 years ago. A long shot for sure but Michelle was super helpful and took the time to search their inventory and came through for us. Amazing service after all these years and great reason to visit Ideal Tile in Mount Laurel. We’re so thankful we chose them and still love our kitchen.

I always look for local, small businesses to work with.
I visited this store. Was specific, didn't waste anyone's time with what I needed to plan and provide tile for my project.

Michelle initially seemed fine to work with when I was there the first time, then 3 attempts with short response once, then no response after 4 days, you lost me as a customer.

Lack of follow up after repeated attempts now leaves me to go to the big chains for results.

While I know I'll get better pricing, it was trying to support small, local business that motivated me to look here. I've had small businesses in the family so I know the struggle to maintain competitive and return customer baselines.

This experience has been disappointing!

If you can't follow up on a sale, with a customer who has aschedule and money on the table, what happens when the product gets delivered? I expect service would decline further.

They are terible.Don't put tarps down on tile floor or carpet. Don't clean out cabinets.Put a hole in schluter seat area.Big attitude. Quartz was cut wrong. The sub said good I get paid twice to come back. Promised 3 to 5 days .Took 2 weeks and 1 to 2 weeks to come back.Sink is too large and back splash doesn't fit behind faucet.and can't use the drain stopper.Stay far away. If you want quality use Ilkem Marble and granite.You will get the job done in 3 days with quality work. Oh did I say the job is still not done.4 weeks to get sink,shower seat.So still no shower.
