Very rude and insensitive to their employees they hire there. Attitude is money first, quality customer and employee care not nessasry. New staff is too lazy to help a customer searching for a simple pack of cigarettes since they don't carry Salem brands. If I was Salem I wouldn't want them carrying my product either. I will let the company know of their attitude to their product.

Everyone there is fantastic except for the short older lady named "Mimi" i believe. Deliberately denied me of loyalty points then when trying to cancel and get money baci to come back when she isnt working she wouldn't give me my money back. Making up excuses just to argue with me for no reason. Horrible service from her alone makes me not want to go back.

The Employees at DK are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and efficient. This I know because I frequent this store alot , for quick buys, gas and because my Grandkids love to get icee s after school. The store is close to my home, I'm greatfull for the good service in a clean store!. Keep up the good work! 👍
