So my daughter was that girl who tried on her quince dress and was sure it was the one! But got home and dad decided it was not church appropriate and too much so we ended up with not just one but two amazing dresses from Araceli’s Bridal. The first one (light blue) was an in store purchase and it came with the package (crown, bouquet, guest book, photo album, etc). Rachel loved it. Then when we changed it everyone was amazing. They helped us special order the dark blue one and exchanged the package part (the gown was non-refundable) to dark blue. We got the gown just in time for her quince and it fit perfectly with no alterations! Everyone was so nice and understanding!!! I love this place. Originally I thought I would have to go to Juarez but why bother when you have Araceli’s!

We just got my quinceañera dress and it was so beautiful!! It was exactly what I wanted!! They made sure that I got exactly the dress I was picturing and were super kind and supportive throughout the whole process!! It came in on time and fit perfect!!

We orders my daughter’s dress for her quince custom made. We provided photos and just told them the colors she wanted. We got her dress 4 months before her quince. We picked it up yesterday and it was beautiful more beautiful than we expected. Maya said she looked like a princess. Thank you for the help. We will post pictures after her quince in March 2025.

My daughter and I went in either March or April, looking for a Quince dress. I was immediately sold when I was told my daughters dress could be custom made to her liking. My daughter showed him 2 different pictures, of dresses, and told him what she wanted from both dresses in her dress. He guaranteed the work.. He said dress would be in in August. I stopped by yesterday and he told me that my daughter packet had come in, dress and all the extras included. 2 months early!! I took my daughter later on to try on the dress and she is completely in love with it!! Hands down to this man and his amazing team that brought my daughters vision to life!! Definitely recommended!!

Buyer beware! Go somewhere else, attempted to buy a dress for my daughter, they said they would have it in 4 days and they didn’t have it in time. I tried to get a return when they didn’t deliver within the agreed upon time frame and they said they tried to call me to get the dress picked up (they did not). They are refusing to refund. Go to Dillards you’ll get a better deal and better service.

This location is my favorite! My Sister and friends have purchased from here. The owner is professional, informative, realistic and suggestive and has great ideas. Our dresses came in on time. And it was a very reasonable price for the dress + package that we ordered. Definitely recommend!!

Honestly my experience with them was horrible. The Araceli’s inside the mall is terrible. Pregnant lady who works there was yelling at us while we were talking to the owner about our issue. Owner is terrible too, if he really cares about his clients like he says he does then he should have gave us our money back. Dress was horrible didn’t even get to use it for the special event. This place should be shut down in my opinion.

Horrible experience, walked in, this guy at the store was on his phone watching a show, he doesn’t even welcome clients, I browsed around and more people came in he didn’t even bother to get up from his chair, I finally went up to him and asked if there was anyone to help to get a dress down, that’s when he got up and helped me and then started helping other customers, i showed him a pictures of what I was looking for and he didn’t even bother to tell me if they had something similar or if they can order, he just told me to try other models, also told him of the color I was looking for and he responded that color is not a seller, also asked if the other store might have what I was looking for and completely ignored my question, dude I’m buying a dress on the color that I need, I’m not there for you to sell me what you want or what you have in stock, he was able to convince someone else to go other route with their dress from what they originally wanted, BUT guess what not me, I’m not that person, I’m buying the dress not getting it for free, he didn’t even noticed I walked out of the store, never returning to that place, first time in there and sure will be the last.
