Allison is a talented, professional, and personable seamstress! I emailed her about altering my dress for our elopement in October and she got back to me right away. She was able to squeeze me in and got my dress back to me in a few weeks! Her services are affordable and she is an absolute doll to work with. I may be a wee bit bias on this review because 1) my b.f.f of over 20 years is getting married and this was where we went for her wedding dress alterations and 2) I have a passion for fashion and being surrounded by threads, fabrics, measuring tape, etc. gets me a bit giddy inside. On the other hand, without these bias feelings, the experience was still found to be truly enjoyable, easy-breezy, and memorable. Alison Anne did an excellent job with altering my b.f.f's dress and turning it into something of a dream! She was very kind, open to new ideas and suggestions, and had a consistent "can do" attitude throughout the entire process.

Not only do I believe she deserves a 5 star rating for her service, but because she made my b.f.f more than satisfied with the final product: tucking in parts here, added intricate designs there, an adustment elsewhere... the whole deal! My only advice is to make sure to come in with a clear idea of what you have in mind so that she has the ability to make your wishes come true. Luckily, my b.f.f had knew exactly what she was looking for and the finished product was more than what I expected! If you're looking to alter special occasion attire: weddings, proms, balls, and other special events, I highly recommend Alison Anne for the job!

This woman is amazing. I bought a sample dress that needed to be sized down in several areas, and she made the dress fit like a glove. The way she bustled the train under the dress made it seamlessly look like there was no train at all, which was perfect when my train got muddy from the rain the day before. I could not be happier with the work she did. I would totally recommend her alteration services.

Absolutely the best experience ever working with Alison! My sisters and I went to Alison to alter dresses for my sisters wedding. She listened to what we wanted and exceeded any expectations I had. Alison Anne was a god-send to me. I purchased a wedding dress in a size 8 when I am a size 2. Because I purchased my dress in another state I decided to have my dress altered where I live. I was terrified to commit to such an important decision, but Alison did a beautiful job. I couldn't have been happier, and the dress fit like a dream. Never did I get so many compliments, including on how it fit. And I know it was a difficult job. I can't recommend her enough - sweet and accommodating, and superb work!

Alison did an absolute perfect job with my dress! It needed to be taken in and needed a decent size hem job. There’s a lot of lace and floral appliqués on my dress so I was a little nervous that it might be too difficult. It turned better than I could’ve imagined. HIGHLY recommend!

Alison is the BEST!!!!!!! This was one of the best experiences I have had through out my whole wedding process. I was flipping out because my dress was not fitting properly and she made it not only fit but fit to a T!!!!!!! Not to mention her prices are more than affordable.
