Jacob took us on a hike up Watchman trail and it was perfect. He is very knowledgeable about all things Zion and we enjoyed our time with him. He also recommended we get eBikes the next day and he was spot on. The rentals were perfect, the staff super helpful and friendly. Most importantly we enjoyed our scenic ride and we got to hike the Narrows! Thank you all for making our trip special. We will be back!

Rented e-bikes here for when my wife and I went to Zion national Park. The staff was so friendly and gave amazing insight about the park and they recommended trails that they personally enjoy.

We're both new to riding e-bikes but the staff was understandable and explained the functions easily. We rented the bikes for the day and dropped them off around 4:30, if you rent it for longer though, you can chain the bike by the entrance to return it after hours.

AJ was a great guide. We rode (electric) bikes through Zion, in the morning, and had a great ride. If you have 3-4 hours to spare, it is a great way to get familiar with the area. AJ is very knowledgeable about the park, trails, rock climbing, etc.

I would highly recommend him as a guide to the area.

Superb rental, great bikes, amazing crew which is very, very friendly and helpful. Everything was prepared as agreed day earlier. There was no problem to swap bikes from MTB to gravel in the middle of a day (we did Mesa Wire in the morning and Zion Scenic Drive on afternoon). Highly recommend this rental! Thanks guys once more, it was a beautiful day!

We had an amazing three generation experience renting e-bikes and a bike trailer for the kids. Grandparents, parents, and kids all had a blast riding through Zion National Park, it was the perfect way to see the park for our group. Such a helpful and friendly crew gave the experience a really personal touch. Thanks Zion Cycles for a wonderful day!

Best MTB tour I've ever done. Staff was super easy to work with as we tried to wrangle 7 people of varying skill levels into an itinerary, set us up with a couple Trek Rail e-bikes, and a Yeti demo, accommodated a personal bike and some weird schedule requests, and had everything ready to go when we got there.

Guide shuttled us to multiple trail systems, keeping an eye on all the riders and adjusting trail picks to get the more experienced riders a good challenge and fun features, while making sure the newer guys could also enjoy it without getting in over their heads. He also pointed out all the interesting geology, covered some history, and made sure all the breathers had amazing views.

Whole ride was very fun, very relaxed, and just challenging enough that everybody went home and passed out after.

We rented 2 e-bikes no experience in riding, but the staff made sure we were comfortable with the bikes. The ride was incredible , we saw so much and loved the entire ride experience. Will definitely do this again!!

GREAT experience! Bikes were in great shape, super easy to pick up, & we appreciated the safety video. Pedaling around Zion was a great workout & a great way to see the park. Also appreciated the flexibility of changing from a full to half-day rental based on travel plans. Highly recommend!
