We traveled to Ruidoso for a funeral. We stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Pine Springs Inn across from the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack and Casino. It's nestled back in the woods so its beautiful, quiet, with a beautiful view of the mountains and a beautiful courtyard. The room could use some minor updates but it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was great, with the choice of cereal, scrambled eggs & sausage, biscuits & gravy, pork tamales, and waffles. The food was delicious. They are dog friendly too. There was plenty of room to walk our dog around outside. Lastly, the staff was great - friendly, smiling, and accommodating, they all seemed to love their jobs and where the worked!

Staff was very friendly. Finally clean room, sheets, pillows, and shower head that worked. And their breakfast delicious. Especially the pork tamales and coffee, well everything good. Very clean. You know they have grills so if you happen to be there in the summer you can cook up some steaks and more. Anyway highly recommend.

Thank you so much for taking us in during our need despite the usual policy of not renting to local residents. We would have had some cold, dark nights while the power and heat were out at our apartment otherwise! Exceptional service, comfortable rooms, absolutely stunningly beautiful grounds that the dog loved sniffing around - and the breakfast tamales were delicious!

This was a great spot nestled back into the hill off the highway and away from the noise of the main street. Katelynn checked us in and was very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved the little courtyard in front of our room. Bed was super comfy, and the room was very big. Appreciate that it was also dog friendly with a low pet fee. We will definitely come back here when we are back in Ruidoso!

You would love this location. Central to all the local eateries. A great little cabin in the woods feel about it. Staff very accommodating to our needs. Definitely worth considering.

Really love the grounds- courtyard walkways, lighting and outdoor areas, and wildlife viewing (Havolinas and deer were roaming around!). Breakfast was nice too. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Well priced too.,

Everything started off great from the time we checked in until we checked out. When we first planned this trip and asked about using there conference room to host a Thanksgiving gathering, we were told that we would need to pay a deposit for the use of the room, which we would get back once the room was inspected for cleanliness. We had the dinner, my family and I cleaned the room; vacuumed, throughout the trash and wiped all the tables, stowed the and stacked the chairs. We did this knowing we would get our deposit back. We checked out and they charged us for the room. This is the second time that we have had some sort of miscommunication when we stayed there. We enjoyed staying there because of the quietness of the location and the friendliness of the staff. Looks like we our future stays will be at the Best Western Plus!
