I just had a new washer and dryer delivered to my home. Josh and Dennis did a very professional job. They made sure there were no leaks. Double and triple checked all fittings. Also explained how to use the machines. It all started with the salesperson Melanie. She was very patient, professional, and helpful. I recommend Bayshore Appliance.

Dennis, Josh, and Jesse delivered my new appliances. They were very professional. They removed my old ones and installed my new ones. They triple checked the gas was not leaking after the installation. They opened the vent. They instructed me on how to release the factory gases. They tested each gas jet, oven, and microwave. They even showed me how to use the Samsung smart app. Thanks. Great price and service from beginning to end. I shopped around. This was a great deal and the installation price and removal was very reasonable compared to the big store vendors. They even vacuumed up. Thank you to Melanie and her crew! I can't rate them high enough. I had a washer and dryer delivered today. They had to come through the garage and they helped me clear a path. They had to take a door off the frame. They even fixed a leak in the washer hookup. They were very friendly as well.

When purchasing it the sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful.

In the past, we have bought from big box stores and have been disappointed with their service.

Bayshore appliance went out of their way to service our needs and exceeded our expectations. Next time we buy an appliance we will certainly be back.

Purchased a washing machine from this family owned appliance store. Nice selection and fair prices but the best is the customer service! Dennis, the owner was part of the delivery team with Jesse and they couldn't have been nicer and more efficient with installation! Very careful with your floors and property! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
