My son is very to himself. He doesn’t like to be around alot of people. He also isn’t a fan of anything that is considered exercise haha! I wanted to sign him up for kickboxing so I took him to do a trial ( he wasn’t a fan of the idea). Once he left, he had a big smile on his face and was looking forward to another class. We signed him up. Since he has signed up and went to several classes, he is a whole new kid! He looks forward to going. He is so comfortable with the group and the coaches are so great with him! He comes home and shows me everything he has learned. These classes have changed him for the better! Way off topic but he was also a huge fan of soda, couldn’t go without it ( I refused to buy but kids are very resourceful). Since he has started the classes all he drinks now is water and protein shakes! Me finding this place was one of the best things I could have done! Go check them out you will not be disappointed!
*** we have tried another location in the past, but my son was not engaged and seemed to be lost, couldn’t tell me anything he learned***

We have just started, but Joshua has been great about sharing information and making my teens comfortable at Hammer. They have enjoys the classes they have tried so far. Communication has been fantastic.

I joined Hammer Trained in the summer in hopes to get better at my sport (wrestling) and ended up doing that while becoming part of an amazing hardworking community. From joining this gym, I also gained the best coach who’s never failed to help teach and support me. I always look forward to training here and getting better each day!

My son has been going to Hammer for only 6 months and has improved immensely in wrestling. Would highly recommend Hammer for newbies to experienced athletes. Coach Josh is building something great here!

Amazing gym, top notch trainers and coaches. My daughter wrestles in HS and goes here for extra training and takes other classes too. Highly recommend it!

I've started private lessons with Josh since October because learning how to defend myself is definitely a great skill to have. I'm not the best. However, Josh is helping me with each session.

Very Clean gym. Trainers are very knowledgeable and experienced. My son and a friend are taking private sessions for wrestling . The children are excited to go each time.
