Don't came to this hall if you have any skill, you'll sit on the list for MONTHS while guys that can't read a tape measure or think about anytime other than picking up trash work none stop. they'll send you out you'll work 2 weeks and then go sit on the list again for months. Everyone will tell you the first 2 years are hard here because the BA don't know who you are yet. Meanwhile you get so far behind in your bills. The sergeant in arms told my I'm one of the best workers he's seen in a long time and then I sat for 2 months. All while guys that only have osha 30 and silica certs worked 2 years strait. I'm telling you 39hr and pension sounds good but most guys in the Hall barely make over 70k a year. It's not what you think it's unskilled labor and the other unions look down on you like your nothing. Take your skill and join thw carpenters or fitters.

If you are low bidder, you get the contract. If you are not, you don’t get the contact. Pretty simple to understand for normal humans. The leader of this union has tripled his salary since 2012, no wonder they can’t win bids. Yet the members are dumb enough to keep paying dues

If you want to hire some absolutely pathetic grown men to terrorize school children OR maybe YOU'RE a pathetic grown man who wants terrorizes school children- this is where you want to go!

In all seriousness tho, this place and the people working here should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Great way to screw yourselves out of any future work/jobs.

Any company that harass an elementary school deserves to lose all union rights. That was totally uncalled for. U give unions a bad name.

Imagine if private contractors terrorized customers like this when they turned them down for a job.

The union is a joke and always will be a joke.
