After attempting an at home appliance repair that didn’t work, John and Paula carefully listened to the issue with my broken dryer and gave me extensive advice, including how to move forward with returning the part I had purchased to fix it myself. After telling me they would offer a discount on purchasing a new dryer, John then took the time to tour the products on the floor explaining the different features of each and explaining how they could be discounted further. Because of John and Paula’s product knowledge and their willingness to offer a discount on the available products, I am confident that purchasing from H&S was the right choice for our family. Went to big box store looking for washer & dryer. Of course the ones I wanted were not in stock. It took over a month to get a dishwasher installed from the big box this summer. I found H&S online in Hartselle, where a rental store used to be…I was amazed at the variety and low prices and availability. I found the perfect set waiting for me when I first walked in and got them when I needed them, not a month from now and at a price that blew my socks off. John very patiently explained to me the new features of laundry appliances as my set was older than 10 years and a lot has changed since then. I came back a few days later with my son to get a great price on a dehumidifier and he bought the Keith urban Yamaha acoustic guitar, which looks and sounds beautiful. So happy to have found this business. Will refer them to anyone needing to replace an appliance and just a great find for other useful items for the home.
