Tom is a great mechanic and a super nice dude. He goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in. He even leant me a tool (snap on, no less) to help me complete a job at home. You won’t find a better shop.

I was waiting in line for 4 min he didn’t even put pump charged me $10 don’t think I’ll be coming back. Was distracting talkin to someone and I realized it didn’t pump I just wanted leave already and thought he didn’t charge me .

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. Initially, one of the mechanics assured me that the issue with my car was an easy fix. However, I decided to wait for the owner to call me back with the official diagnostic and repair cost.

Despite knowing what was wrong with my car, I suspected the shop might overcharge me. The next day, the owner quoted me almost $500 for the repair, which I knew was excessive. I contacted my regular mechanic, who confirmed that the repair should only cost $180.

This experience felt especially frustrating because it seemed like the shop was trying to take advantage of me, possibly because I am a woman. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Shame on him for driving away potential customers instead of earning new ones. It's important to find a mechanic who is honest and fair, and unfortunately, this shop does not meet those standards.

I love the gas prices here but I never have cash so I can't take advantage of the discount between having cash and credit getting my car service. So far they're pretty decent. When the car breaks down I take it to them. Prices are what they are so far the same thing hasn't broke so I have no complaints about the service for gas or service on the car. I appreciate the integrity of the mechanics. Corey, the tow truck driver recommended Tommy service and repair my car. Tommy and Al have treated me very well. Always spot "on" with any vehicle issues. Maybe most importantly, aside from the solid mechanical aptitude - the prices are fair and they never, ever try to repair something or charge me for things that don't need fixing. Experience tells me they are upstanding.

Always good price. The owner is extremely respectful and cares about employees. Employees continue to work here despite all weather conditions and being robbed at gunpoint several times in a year.

I've used Tom on several occasions because of his quick turnaround for repairs. However, just in Oct. 2020, I asked if he could install some parts I bought for my vehicle, reluctantly he said yes. In having additional work done by another mechanic, I was told I needed the exact same parts I asked Tom to replace. It was unfortunately discovered that some of the parts I provided to him were "NOT" installed on MY vehicle. It's hard to find a mechanic you can totally trust. Because of that, I will NEVER use his services again. The one thing I didn't do, which I was always told to do and that was ... get or see the old removed parts. Whoever decides to use his service, be sure to see your old parts. A lesson learned!
