Wrong size shirt sent. Have to return and order a new one - no exchanges, and I have to pay for shipping the mistake back. And they charged my card $20+ more than the order total. So now I wait for corrections and pay for the privilege. Not at all happy with this. Was happy with the rest of my order.

I ordered a silver vest, bow tie and pocket square luxury cardi! I ordered the wrong size vest they fixed that which was great! I received the items two weeks in the mail, they use turtle shipping when I pay a premium. The products are supposedly luxury satin from the same manufacture and the colors do not match. I wrote and told them this, they said send pictures. There has to be a better product and customer service company and this company is not that. They have ai to respond to you as a customer and it is stupid. I don't recommend this company they do not give you the product you order. There are no tags or info telling about the products.

The quality of the products are about average as I expected. The sizes I ordered were not in stock, I selected alternate sizes that worked fine for my needs. I ordered from here expecting the delivery timelines outlined on the website to be met, they weren’t. The products were not shipped as timely as the site mentioned so I had to follow-up. I was told one thing on day and then a different the next day in relation to shipping. I received multiple tracking numbers for the same items. The customer service here is horrible. The woman I spoke with had little remorse for their delays, couldn’t provide any relevant updates, was abrasive on the call. Reading the customer service responses on the 1 star reviews will give a feel for how defensive and abrasive the customer service can be. I need another tux for an event next month, I won’t be ordering from here.

I did not receive the color I ordered.🤔😣Today I'm editing my review because buy4lesstuxedo (Alexis) quickly corrected my order & I received my replacement jacket (Red) in time for my event.

I purchased pants and a coat. Pants were sent immediately, coat took another week. I am really impressed with the quality of what I purchased. Sizing is spot on. Excellent company. 👍
