I would give A Grade the highest mark. Their work was excellent. They were on time and on top of any thing that had to be done. The team was so responsive, so polite and so helpful. It was a very big job as we had a tree fall on our house during hurricane Ida and we had water damage as well. It was a very big job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I cannot say enough nice things about the team. They left the house in great condition just like it was before the storm. They did little things when I didn’t have to ask and always left the house clean in spite of all the work.
As I said originally, I would recommend them very highly.

Christian and his team were incredible. After a storm flooded our basement, they arrived within 12 hours to remove all the heavy items, dry the area, open the walls. If we had to work with anyone else it would be a sin. A Grade came right out, looked over our shed thoroughly found everything needed plus more. The estimate was at a great range for us to repair it. He was very polite, punctual and fast. The estimate was sent in and approved very fast. He also help with getting ahold of the adjuster, making the entire process seem less. Definitely will use them if needed again.

Worked with A Grade after a car backed into my dining room and caused substantial damage. They were great. Andrew spearheaded the effort to get everything fixed and back to like it never happened. He helped with the insurance company and speeding along the process - he's on top of everything and is very responsive. Nothing puts so much meaning to the phrase "wolf in a sheep's skin" than Christian Licciardi and his AGrade company.
After the trauma of our house fire, Christian came out of nowhere to convince my wife and myself to hire him as a public adjuster and his contractor company, AGrade, to build our home. This, we later learned was unethical.
Christian promised to maximize the insurance payment to build us a beautiful home. Little did we know that what he actually had in mind was to repair the 60yr old house just to meet code requirements and to pocket the huge difference through exorbitant costing by his AGrade company. Infact, AGrade is just a shell that only subcontracts.
We now see that the trauma of Christian Licciardi and his AGrade is worse than the trauma of the house fire itself.
If you see Christian and his AGrade coming in one direction, the best move you can make in your life is to move in the opposite direction. And run!

When I first heard about A Grade and the services they had to offer I thought they sounded to good to be true. Luckily I was completely wrong! A Grade made the loss that occurred in our home such an easy process. Cory, Mike, Matt, & Collin all worked so professionally and made me feel at ease when I felt like our home was falling apart. They were very trustworthy and efficient with getting the job done. Not only did they make our house whole again it looks better than it did before. We had a flood in my church’s basement thrift shop. Once I spoke with Christian from AGrade he made arrangements to be there in 30 minutes. He picked up McDonald’s for me on his way over! Once there he accessed the damage and told me my options. Once we set a plan he went into action immediately, taking a video and pictures, talking with our insurance company, arranging for a plumber and his crew to be there the next morning. He had equipment there by 8:30 the next morning and would have had some there that night if needed. AGrade was professional, empathetic, pleasant, efficient and turned what could have been a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. We felt totally at ease as he walked us through each step of the recovery and restoration. Christian and his team are exceptional. I highly recommend them.

It’s obvious that Christian cares about his customers and works extremely well with others. He appears to have an excellent rapport with anyone he deals with, treating all with respect and generating respect back.

Christian from AGrade has also set up a way for those dealing with loss to connect with community resources. He has definitely created a company that sees the person and their needs first.
