I had an incredible experience at this location for my dog’s grooming. It had been a while since he had been professionally groomed, and he was a little anxious about it. However, as soon as the groomer introduced herself, I knew he was in excellent hands. I forget her name, but I will try to remember to update this review when we go back next time! She was so warm, kind, and gentle with him, and you could tell she was genuinely excited to meet and work with him. She even gave me an update before he was finished, reassuring me that he was doing great. She was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be bringing my dog back here for future grooming visits!

Hands down the best pet supply and grooming spot in the area , Kate who’s our dogs groomer is is not only attentive to our wants and needs she goes above and beyond in the care and insight she shares with us on our pups well being , from the owners who are hands and on usually always there to help to any of the staff answering the phones or helping check you out it’s always a great experience! I know our pup enjoys going as much as we do , keep up the great work and thank yous as always ♥️ 🐶

I got both of my dogs groomed by Kate. They both look amazing!! I came home from work to a surprise!! My little dog isn’t the easiest to deal with, and someone was actually able to groom her! I APPRECIATE YOU KATE!! She and Blue both look amazing ❤️

Great store they have almost everything you can possibly think of for feeding your dog healthier food and many more. Even if they don’t have what you need in stock, they will gladly order it for you. I also got my dogs nails trimmed, Michael was great and very informative. My dog Milo loved him

I have been going there for years and am very happy. George and Theresa, the owners, are always active within the store and always make themselves available to customers who have questions. Also, I would highly recommend Sherry, the animal trainer!! She helped us a great deal with our newly adopted dog (our baby) with learning commands. All in all Earthwise is a wonderful place to find all of your natural pet needs. 🐶

Brought my newly adopted Husky in for a self service bath. The staff was super helpful in getting everything set up and explained.

They even clean up after you. Even though I felt so bad because of all the fur! Reasonably priced and all staff interacted with were very kind and helpful.

I will be returning.

Amazing service!!

Was looking to switch groomers as my previous groomer would take 5+ hours to groom and my dog is very anxious. I was super impressed with earthwise the first time I went there — it only took them about an hour or so and they were very friendly and even took the time to get my pup used to them before jumping in. Was my second time visiting today and love the way they groomed him! Mike was super nice. Will definitely be going here moving forward.

We recently moved from the Exton, EarthWise pet location and I’m so excited to have found this one. I will honestly say every interaction with this location is full of kindness and patient. I have a border collie(anxious and hyper) that is picky when it comes to her groomer. I was nervous that after leaving her previous groomer, we’d have a hard time getting her groomed without issues. We then were introduced to groomer, Mike. He is soft spoken, patient, and truly cares about the client. He works with my dog’s anxiety and comforts her to give her a good experience as well. For myself, Mike is very informative when it comes to his grooming style, and if he did anything extra or couldn’t perform a task, he’s upfront which I appreciate so much. Sometimes it’s hard to cut a dogs hair that wants to run in circles or is having a panic attack lol. I’m very grateful for Mike, his kindness, and expertise. This location has been such a small blessing. The front store staff is educated in treats and nutrition as well. I feel comfortable asking questions and while seeking recommendations. 10/10
